Ben was professional and friendly and did a great job replacing about twenty locks on all our doors. The service was quick and overall a great experience.

Technician Tom arrived on time. Was courteous, efficient, & went the extra mile when he came across an old lock that was not working properly. His persistence paid off as he was able to properly key the lock.

I locked myself and my children out of my house this morning. Phoenix Lockmaster made it to me in 20 minutes and quickly got me back into the house without any damage! Very happy customer!! Thank you.

I called phoenix locksmaster at 12 noon and Tom came not even 30 minutes after I call. Tom is so professional and very patient on dealing with our lock. And it is really affordable too. I would recommend this company to all my friends and other businesses.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered...
I made an appointment for a Saturday and no one ever showed up, so I called on Monday and spoke to Eddie and asked is that typical that you set appointments and dont keep.. he apologized and re- scheduled and waived the $19.00 fee they charge just to come out. I was leery but gave them another chance. My appointment was for 6:30 pm at exactly 6:28 the tech called me and said he had car trouble and would be there in 15 minutes. He showed up at 7:10 came in and the first thing he did was texting on phone. He unscrewed the lock then went outside on the phone for awhile. He came back in oiled the lock and screwed back in. Told me it was it was $19.00 plus $45.00.. I told him Eddie waived the $19.00 fee and why am I paying $45.00 when all you did was oil it? Nothing new was put in. He tried saying a new lock starts at that price, I was very upset and paid him the $45.00 just to get rid of him and I informed him I will call a different locksmith, as I STILL NEED A NEW LOCK... I gave him cash and he didn't even offer a reciept.. I feel very taken advantage of.. TERIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After getting my keys locked in my car one night at a business near my home, I called a locksmith that never showed after over an hour. I ended up walking home and called Phoenix Lockmaster the next morning. It was such a different experience. Tom came within a few minutes of the call. He was very pleasant to deal with, professional, fast and gave me a good price. I will definitely recommend them to others and remember them in the future for any of my other locksmith needs.

Review: I was locked out of my condo and called Phoenix Lockmasters. They sent a locksmith that was a con artist. He didn't have the correct drills and tools with him and broke my lock to get into my garage and said that it was the only way into my garage. He siad he then would replace it with a [redacted] lock which was what he took out. The cost was $50 service call, $150 to break my lock and $85 for the new lock. I found the empty box from the lock he installed in my garbage can and it is a $12.99 [redacted] lock not a [redacted] $85 lock. I called the technician and told him he owed me money and he hung up on me. I called Phoenix Lockmasters and they said there is nothing they can do. They wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. This is a terrible company! I have to buy a new quality lock now and hire a new locksmith to install it costing me more money. He also damaged my door.Desired Settlement: either a refund or a repair with a [redacted] Lock as promised.

[redacted] is very quick and attentive to his work. He drove the most competitive price in the valley.

I needed to change some locks on my new house. Called Phoenixlockmaster on Friday; the guy over the phone was very kind and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and their pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service and that they came to solve my requeste in 1/2 hour.

I called these guys this morning to rekey the locks at my house. I was suprised at the immediate service especially to my part of town. I live near Carefree Hwy and i-17 and when I tell people this, they either grumble or tell me they have to charge me extra. I was told neither by Phx Lockmaster. They were very pleasant on the phone.
I expected an afternoon or next day service. I left my information and within minutes the locksmith called me to confirm my address. The locksmith came within next 30 minutes. He changed all my locks and gave me a little extra suggestion to secure my patio door. Their rates were totally reasonable and the locksmith was friendly and professsional. I would recommend Phoenix Lockmaster!
