This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with Originally, I was told that my windows would be available for installation in mid October 2014, so I scheduled a flight to Florida for Halloween Days before the scheduled installation, they called to say that the factory was behind in production, but that they would be able to do the installation on the Thursday and Friday of the following week once I told them that I was in town until Saturday Rather than staying with the promised timeline, they chose to send the installers to finish another job and didn't show up at my place until Friday, November 7th They said the job would take two days and it took four days (for two bedrooms, a small kitchen and one sliding glass door) requiring me to schedule a second trip back down to Florida for them to complete the work To top it off, the original job did not pass inspection since many of the screws were not installed I had to have them come back again to install all of the missing screws and the inspector come back again to sign off on the job They also lost the original vertical piece that the screen door attaches to so that it doesn't slide aimlessly back and forth along the track The first installer didn't even know what was supposed to be there but the second installer said the piece was left at their warehouse (which of course was closed on Saturday) The company was supposed to come back with the piece in March 2015, but now claim that the appropriate hardware was never provided by the manufacturer Out of frustration, my husband and I enclosed our entire balcony for $since we were not convinced that they would ever complete the screen door installation and we still owed them that much Of course, they are insisting we pay the final balance despite the countless delays Do not use this company unless you are willing to endure countless delays and atrocious customer service!!
