Do your selves a favor by not contracting Phoenix Management. This company is everything you do not want as a management company.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service possible. It takes more than two weeks for them to answer any questions, if they call back at all.
I had to submit four messages and three E-Mails to no avail, finally I called to speak to a supervisor and was told the person was no longer working with the building I live in. The company never informed me after two weeks of trying to contact someone that I needed to contact someone else.

Again...WORST customer service I have ever encountered

From inception of having to deal with this association management company, documents are a mission to obtain, there is no one available, no timely call back. In this case a special assessment was issued to the homeowners, and I found out from my neighbor, thank goodness. I have been communicating for two years that the coupon books have never arrived, at one time I was told auto draft could not be set up, I would have to send checks. I always did timely and they took long to clear. I am devastated that I was not ever given a chance to vote nor had the chance to know that such thing was going on. I called them on various occasions, and only one person from accounting took the time to call, after I begged the receptionist to walked to her. I do not want any lien proceedings to start when I was not even informed or get late fees assessed. She did promised to not charge any fees. I asked her if she could forward the information, she did tell me verbally, confirmed that the address had not been updated, and that I would have to speak to customer service to obtain any documents, I have yet to receive any communication via telephone or email. I have also emailed them various times. I have spoken to the association President and she guides me to speak to the management company. I have wasted two weeks during lunch; including sending emails and no response, this is unacceptable. I even left a message for the owner of the company [redacted] to assist, according to a receptionist he would call me back Other neighbors have agreed to recall this association.
Please provide me with all documents, meeting minutes, financial documents, the breakdown of the repairs, what companies are going to be repairing (security), any other documents which should have been forwarded for two years to my home address,
