To Whom It May Concern,Our office staff have attempted to reach out to Mr [redacted] on several occasions in regards to this matterWe would like to set up a time to have the damages assessed so that we may be able to proceed with the insurance claim.Thank you,Renesha

The company has never
reached out to myself or my wife to assess the damage In addition, the damage has been assessed The driver who dropped off the furniture assessed the damage, and the driver who delivered the missing picture assessed the damage I have called several times, left several messages and sent many emails and have never received a response Each time I call I am told they are working on it, and somebody will call me back Nobody ever calls me back I would love to set up a time for the company to assess the damage, but they have been 100% unresponsive in my requests to set something up

is on a large job and is booked right nowAs soon as his project is complete I will have him scheduled for the repairs on the floorWe do not want to just hire some fly by night repairman that could conceivable cause more damageWe want to use a trusted individual as wood floor repairs can sometimes be very intricate. As previously stated we have full intentions of making the repairs. Unfortunately, Our repair man is on a large job and is booked right now. As soon as his project is complete I will have him scheduled for the repairs on the floor. We do not want to just hire some fly by night repairman that could conceivable cause more damage. We want to use a trusted individual as wood floor repairs can sometimes be very intricate.

We just hired Phoenix Moving recently, moving an entire home from Cave Creek, AZ to Tucson, AZ, and had excellent service. The owner is so kind and helpful, and the men that actually did the moving were professional, worked hard, were very careful with our belongings, and all were super nice. What a pleasure to work with this company. We highly recommend them.

As previously stated our intentions are to deal with our client. The individual that has filed this complaint has never been a consumer to our business.
