I visited this establishment and I was disappointedMy very first visit to your office was unpleasant to say the leastThe receptionist, was asking me questions that I didn't understand(speaking medical terms) She was also attempting to make me another appointment, when people walked inI moved to the side so they can sign in, and she came ungluedShe said loudly, "where do you think your going?, I'm trying to make you an appointment!" I moved back over steps in front of her, and she continued to reprimand me for movingShe went on and onI was embarrassed, then I became annoyed with her toneShe was rude, and slightly raised her voice to meI was trying to defuse her frustration when a patient in the waiting room said to me, "That woman has anger issues, and a smart mouth." "She should not be talking to you that way, and I would report herShe better not talk to me like that" I agreed, so I told her to have someone call me to set up the appointment then I leftNobody has called me to make an appointment as of yetI was angry, and looking back at it, anyone else would have said a lot worseI strongly feel she discriminated against me, and I will file a report with the office for Civil RightsAs for the Drwho saw me for the first time, she was aggravated with me because I couldn't answer her questionsMy primary care Drfailed to forward my information to her office, so she had nothing to work withTHIS IS NOT MY FAULT!! They should of arranged for my files to be forwarded before my arrivalThe Drmade me feel like I didn't care about my healthShe was unprofessional, and crassShe also reprimanded me for not asking questionsI was afraid to speak, as she intimidated meI refuse to go back to that office

Extremely inept schedulers for procedures that need to be done outside of their officeIt took weeks, locations, and conversations documented on my File before I was scheduled for the correct things, approved with my insurance company for the right facilityIm just glad Amelia the Scheduling Supervisor is not a Surgeon because she woud have had the wrong body part removedIm done with these people! The stress they put me through was worse than the outpatient procedure itself I went through sheer horror that even the peopke at Banner Hospital were angry

My family doctor referred me to this sleep clinic who agreed to accept my insuranceI showed up to the appointment a spent a couple of minutes with DrA***, who said they would schedule me for a sleep study and call me with an appointment timeWhen I received the call from them, it was to tell me that they decided not to accept my insurance and that I would have to find another doctorSix months later I get a bill from them for nearly $for the wasted visit to their clinicIt has taken two months to even get anyone from that office on the telephone and they were not helpfulDon't ever go to this clinicExpect them to be out of business soon

appointment, when 3 people walked in. I moved to the side so they can sign
in, and she came unglued. She said loudly, "where do you think your going?,
I'm trying to make you an appointment!" I moved back over 2 steps in front
of her, and she continued to reprimand me for moving. She went on and on. I
was embarrassed, then I became annoyed with her tone. She was rude, and
slightly raised her voice to me. I was trying to defuse her frustration
when a patient in the waiting room said to me, "That woman has anger
issues, and a smart mouth." "She should not be talking to you that way, and
I would report her. She better not talk to me like that" I agreed,
so I
told her to have someone call me to set up the appointment then I left.
Nobody has called me to make an appointment as of yet. I was angry, and
looking back at it, anyone else would have said a lot worse. I
strongly feel she discriminated against me, and I will file a report with
the office for Civil Rights. As for the Dr. who saw me for the first time,
she was aggravated with me because I couldn't answer her questions. My
primary care Dr. failed to forward my information to her office, so she had
nothing to work with. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!! They should of arranged for my
files to be forwarded before my arrival. The Dr. made me feel like I didn't
care about my health. She was unprofessional, and crass. She also
reprimanded me for not asking questions. I was afraid to speak, as she
intimidated me. I refuse to go back to that office.

My daughter has been having headaches, my daughter had a MRI done by this company over a month ago, two days later I received a call from the office saying that the Dr. didn't like what she saw on the MRI and my daughter needed to come in immediately for a ultrasound of her brain & neck. Again, that was over a month ago, and I have yet to get the results of each test taken, I've been calling, holding, leaving messages to no avail. No one seems to no what they are doing or not qualified to give the information I'm requesting. The so called DR. has been on vacation as well as her assistant for I don't know how long. When I call, I just get the run around. I am very dissatisfied with this company.

This doctor and this practice is very unsatisfactory. After years of 5 minute appointments , I was all of a sudden told "I think you have Parkinson's". What? I was given a prescription that sent me to the ER after taking. At the first sign of trouble, I called the office for help. They didn't call me back for 3 weeks!
I told them I was never coming back, that I had a new doctor, wherein they retaliated sending me a certified letter saying "I have been terminated as a patient."
Don't go to DR DANIEL T[redacted] if you don't want to be killed then insulted!
