Hello Miss WilliamsWe been in business for three generations....have thousands of customers .This customer was completely out of hand using bad bad words....we gave the customer all there money back including shipping back they lost nothing ...we lost in shipping...
charges. We just refuse to be treated in that manner....demanding , bad words and black mailing.I have the complete conversation on tape.If you need any more information please let us know .
Customer service after purchase is terrible. They are not helpful at all! An electrician I'm not, but I do know a little and enough to know I would not recommend this company at all! They have no people skills and do not answer your questions at all. I hear [redacted] is a better company. I will be trying them on my next phase converter.
