Upon termination of service with Walk This Way Dogs, we requested our keys be returned to us in one of the two ways indicated by the contract we signed We first asked them to drop the keys off at our house, expecting to pay the $fee that was indicated in our contract They responded that they could not offer this service, and offered us the option to either pick them up at their house, send them via the mail, or send them via "secured mail" for a $fee plus postage We were upset that their options changed without our knowledge, and at the time, couldn't afford the $it would cost us to get our keys back We assumed that the keys would be returned via USPS in a manner that assured the contents were unknown, however, certified mail would not be used When over business days passed, and we failed to receive our keys, we contacted them Tom informed us that he hadn't placed enough postage, and would be resending them with the additional amount He assured us they would be

Called and was told he would come by that day. Never showed. Then said he would be by the next day and again never showed. Then he messaged me and asked if he could push it off another day after ignoring several texts I had sent him. Yeah hire someone who lives up to third websites claims.
