Below are the details that were recorded or recalled about the maintenance problems that have still not been fixedThe rats or squirrels in the attic have been a problem since we moved in in April 2017, although they seemed to be less significant between May and AugustHowever, since we reported it at the beginning of August again, we continue to hear scratching and moving around in the attic dailyWe are concerned about this because we have a two month old baby, and we do not want her to have to live in a house that has rodents due to the diseases they can carryIt could also be dangerous, because they could start an electrical fireThe lock on the front door has been broken since 10/22/Although the lock is stuck in the locked position, we do not feel that it is safe to live with a broken lock on the doorAlso, in case of fire, we only have one usable door in our houseWe feel that,
