Phoenix Restoration Disaster Services has investigated this claim extensivelyWhile Mr*** did contact us to do the work he actually
never signed with our companyWe believe he was victim to a predatory contractor with a similar name that used that to confuse the situationWe have not been paid or preformed any work on said residenceWe have offered to help remedy the situation at our expense to help the homeowner during this unfortunate eventI would encourage the homeowner to look at his contract and who he paid and look at ownership records with the stateWe have also taken steps against this contracts to make sure it never happens again

I am only accepting this response because I can see that I will be getting nowhere with this company and its subsidiariesI have plenty of documentation, including signed work orders and receipts, which proves that Is Phoenix, or one of the arms of the company, provided both emergency services and roofed my housesAll of the documents have the same address, and additionally I have saved all of the email correspondence from several Phoenix employees who have an email address from the same server as ***Unless he is contending that someone infultrated his company's computer system and created email addresses, creates documents with his company's info on it, and had access to his company's obviously marked cars that were present at my home numerous times while the work was being done, his response is disingenuous at bestAdditionally, no one from his company has contacted me offering to help, so that is a complete and total fallacyThe only reason they have ever contacted me since the work was completed was to ask for more money
I will be contacting the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and ask them to investigate this further as this now seems to be a bigger issue with their business practices than a simple matter of a problem with their servicePlease feel free to close this complaint outThank you
