We have reached out to Mr [redacted] and will be working directly with him His shade can be repaired and we will provide support and assistance to get the shade working properly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me My Hunter Douglas blinds were repaired by a third party todayThis third party was called " [redacted] " and was not the same third party ( [redacted] ***) that Hunter Douglas originally assigned It appears Hunter Douglas worked with the vendor ( [redacted] ***) to rectify the situation It remains to be seen what will happen the next time these blinds fail as numerous online [redacted] reviews show that Hunter Douglas has a history of not honoring their warranties In this case, the warranty ended up being honored, but it was a lot of work In the future, I would expect Hunter Douglas to be more consumer oriented in honoring their warranty Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have worked closely with consumer [redacted] and we are replacing his year old shades at this time, due to delam, only one shade was affected, we are moving forward with replacing the additional shades in the bay window (right next to each other) which is a total of -shadesThe order has been placed the - Order # 50405230, Estimated ship date is- 3-8-and is shipping directly to the consumerIf you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.Thank you! Hunter Douglas has been in contact with this consumer and are in the process of providing resolution options for this situation

I contacted consumer and left a phone message stating that I was following up on a complaint from the Revdex.com Advised we reached out to [redacted] and have confirmation they have left her a message and will be working with her to come to an agreeable solution and informed that I would be responding to the Revdex.com to inform that we have facilitated the connection with consumer and [redacted] , and she can deal directly with the correct company for the resolution Thank you! I will research with Levelor the situation and locate the order We will see where the shades are in the fabrication process

We have confirmation from *** and the consumer that an appointment has been scheduled for 5/24/between 3pm and 5pm We have assured the consumer that parts and repair of a manufacture defect is covered under the Hunter DouglasLifetime limited Warranty. And advised as it states in our warranty, cost of removal and reinstallation, along with shipping charges are not covered*** is waving the cost of the uninstall and re-install for this project

Hunter Douglas has reached out to the original dealer, and they are willing to assist the consumer and are waiving the fee, as a one time accommodation. Hunter Douglas has spoken with the consumer and advised of this resolution We also clarified and directed the
consumer to the warranty on the website, and confirmed that shipping charges, cost of removal and re-installations are clearly stated as not covered in the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited WarrantyWe have attached a copy of the Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime warranty to this response along with, mailing a copy to the consumer for any future review

We are working directly with the consumer to reach a resolution

Hunter Douglas has made contact with the Dealer in question and left a message for the consumer Dealer has a plan for resolution

Hunter Douglas quickly responded to the Revdex.com complaint which I made Their solution was satisfactory and probably cost them less than $ What I wonder about is why they wouldn't respond to our original complaint made directly to them

We have worked out an amicable resolution with the consumer and processing a one time accommodation by refunding them the amount they have paid dealer $3,and also allowing consumer to keep the product with the understanding there is no warranty on the product

Working on resolution, we have offered consumer to remake shades, due to manufacturing error
