Trying to contact the company because I want to exchange an Item. I have called numerous of times and emailed them to the email address they provided me. I get an email back that said email mail address can’t be found. I leave messages asking for someone to please call me back and no one calls me back.

Hi ***,Thank you for your inquiry It appears that it was *** who blocked you because you did not pay for a high percentage of the items that you won at auction Even though it was not us who blocked you, we do have the ability to unblock your account.My concern is that you will
