This company had listed items and pallets on [redacted] for $When I arrived no one was in the office so I waited until someone finally went to their deskI asked about the item and the gentlemen told me that I had to buy the entire lot for $I showed him the advertising they did listing the price as $He told me "do the math and it is around $per item"The math was not only incorrect but it did not state any where that I had to buy an entire lot of itemsIt clearly said "$per pallet"He went and got his manager who came out and I told him the issueThe manager said "well its $if you take one of the pallets or all of the pallets"I asked how this is $for the item? I showed him the listing they did and he then just walked back into his office without saying anythingI didn't know if he was grabbing something or looking at his original posting so I stood there for a couple minutesThe original guy asked if he could help me with anythingI told him I was waiting for the manager to come back, or if he knew if he was coming back or what happened? The guy asked "well are you going to buy the lot?" I told him I wanted to buy a few of the pallets but not the entire lotThen some lady told me to buy them all or get off the propertyI asked who she was and she said she was a manager (out of only people that were there were managers?)I asked if they were an auction company since that's what the big sign said on their locationShe told me not any more they are a used restaurant equipment resellerI asked for a card and she told me "turn around, they are right there, and pull up your fly, your zippers down"I asked them do they usually try to give customers hard times and embarrass them? She then said "your the [redacted] trying to give us a hard time"I was shocked to hear that from this, what seemed to be in her 40's, "manager"I told her "wow this is what I get for trying to do busniess with you, I will be calling the Revdex.com in regards to this"As I walked out and got into my truck she came running out taking pictures of my truck and license plateI asked her why she was taking photos of my truck and she said "its my property and you are on my property so I can do what I want"I was confused on how taking pics of my truck was going to benifit her but I drove off I would never recommend any one to do busniess with this place, as this place should be immediately shut downThey are one company but have their old companies name on the building still (which I assume they probably lost their business license to that company and opened another)I have been in the business field for years and it blew my mind how these people ran their business, treated a potential buyer, and the way they held themselves as individualsDo not buy or go to this place! As there were absolutely no other customers there, I would assume many people have had similar outcomes

Phoenix Used Restaurant equipment sold us a refrigerated prep table that worked for daysWhen we contacted them the owner was very rude and said rather than being upset that the $1,unit didn't work we should be happy that there was a warranty and to bring it back to be repaired with no estimate as to how long that would take and that I should change my *** attitudeIn short if you want to do business with that type of person Tony is your guy

Purchased a sushi display case to open my business
Purchase through this company. Brought home, cleaned it and turned it on and realize many major issues such as temperature control is missing - wire was cut off, light does not turn on, condensation was terrible - there were water dripping everywhere. Called and discussed concerns and was greeted with very rude staff - mainly just one lady. Brought it back and stated that we need this fix by one week so we can have our grand opening. It has been 30 days now and they did not bother to contact us about the status until we called our credit card company to file a dispute. Very shady and unethical way of doing business. They do no have a technician to send out to fix the equipment. We have to bring back the equipment every time there is a problem. If it was a small piece then no problem but it's a sushi display case. VERY RUDE SCAM ARTIST. Please take your business somewhere else. Buy at costco business center and save yourself some headache

This company had listed items and pallets on [redacted] for $20. When I arrived no one was in the office so I waited until someone finally went to their desk. I asked about the item and the gentlemen told me that I had to buy the entire lot for $250. I showed him the advertising they did listing the price as $20. He told me "do the math and it is around $20 per item". The math was not only incorrect but it did not state any where that I had to buy an entire lot of items. It clearly said "$20 per pallet". He went and got his manager who came out and I told him the issue. The manager said "well its $250 if you take one of the pallets or all of the pallets". I asked how this is $20 for the item? I showed him the listing they did and he then just walked back into his office without saying anything. I told him I wanted to buy a few of the pallets but not the entire lot. Then some lady told me to buy them all or get off the property. I asked who she was and she said she was a manager (out of only 3 people that were there 2 were managers?). I asked if they were an auction company since that's what the big sign said on their location. She told me not any more they are a used restaurant equipment reseller. I asked for a card and she told me "turn around, they are right there, and pull up your fly, your zippers down". I asked them do they usually try to give customers hard times and embarrass them? She then said "your the [redacted] trying to give us a hard time". I was shocked to hear that from this, what seemed to be in her 40's, "manager". I told her "wow this is what I get for trying to do busniess with you, I will be calling the Revdex.com in regards to this". As I walked out and got into my truck she came running out taking pictures of my truck and license plate. I asked her why she was taking photos of my truck and she said "its my property and you are on my property so I can do what I want". I was confused on how taking pics of my truck was going to benifit her but I drove off.
I would never recommend any one to do busniess with this place, as this place should be immediately shut down. They are one company but have their old companies name on the building still (which I assume they probably lost their business license to that company and opened another). I have been in the business field for 12 years and it blew my mind how these people ran their business, treated a potential buyer, and the way they held themselves as individuals. Phoenix Used Restaurant equipment sold us a refrigerated prep table that worked for 4 days. When we contacted them the owner was very rude and said rather than being upset that the $1,700 unit didn't work we should be happy that there was a warranty and to bring it back to be repaired with no estimate as to how long that would take and that I should change my [redacted] attitude. In short if you want to do business with that type of person Tony is your guy.
