March 2, 2017Dear ***,On February 23, we installed the baby monument for *** ***, like I promised her in person*** was called as soon as we got back from setting it in the cemetery to tell her it was installedThere was no need to be this upset about a stone, when it was pushed
off by the family for yearsI just do not understand the hatred towards us when a simple phone call, where she leaves a message with her name and not just hangs up, would have solved everything and saved all of this troubleThere was no need to go to this extreme for a monument that was certainly needed years ago, unless it is all about the guiltA call or email just asking if we can get the stone there ASAP would have solved this problem, instead of going to the Revdex.com and writing awful reviews about us all over the internetThe bottom line is that the monument is placed in the cemetery, like I promised, and hopefully this can all come to an end now.Thank You,Amber HAsstOffice Manager

March 2, 2017Dear ***,On February 24, 2017, we installed the *** monument in *** *** *** CemeteryI have talked with ***, and told him that the stone was placed in the cemetery, just as we had discussed on the phone
beforehandI just wanted to apologize to **and *** for the loss of their sons, and for the amount of time it took for the monument to be placedIt is just that we are very busy at the moment, and I just hope they understand that there are only so many hours in a day, and presently it is just not enough time for the amount of Work that we have to complete, and they do not hold that against us.I also hope they think the stone is as beautiful, as we think it is.Thank You,Amber HAsstOffice Manager

Dear [redacted],On January 14, 2017 Mrs. [redacted] purchased on marble pet tablet for her cat, [redacted].  At this time she paid a deposit of $125 on a $250 balance.  Half payment exactly, just as our contract states.  In early May, Mrs. [redacted] ws contacted that her tablet was finished...

and we need the final payment after which the table would be installed in the cemetery per our signed contract.  Instead of just making the payment, Mrs. [redacted] refused to pay anymore until the tablet was installed in the cemetery. She then proceeded to badmouth us on Facebook and contact the Revdex.com.The marble tablet was installed on June 16, 2017 in the cemetery after which Mrs. [redacted] was sent to photographs.  One was the completed tablet for [redacted], the other was a picture of the tablet for [redacted] that had been knocked ofer and Mrs. [redacted] had asked us to fix it. which we did AT NO CHARGE to her.  I guess doing work for someone at no charge definitely deserves us being called the worst business she has ever dealt with.  It hurts very much to hear someone say that about you, after doing such nice work for [redacted].  To date we have not received final payment even though Mrs. [redacted] stated she would pay immediately after the tablet was installed in the letter she wrote to the Revdex.com.  I guess this just showed Mrs. [redacted]'s true intentions.Thank You,Amber H[redacted] - Asst. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
What she said about me using bad language was not correct. I just got angry and frustrated that it would take to long to replace a stone when they had all my money!!!I never agreed to them getting it done whenever they wanted to. She never even commeted on that. Complete lie.
The cemetary told them 6 months ago that it was ready to be placed. She told she would call me and find out why it was not there. And she never called me to follow up with me. So, that is when I called them again and again to find out what the issue was. And as she stated, " she said she had not called because she was to busy"!!!! That is not what you tell a cusotmer when you are to follow up with them. She has a HUSBAND that works there.
This is complete disrespect for myself and my dead relatives. I still want my money back!!! And I know now that I am not the only person from there to have problems. I can get a few names. I am in contact with the cemetary and she is also throwing them under the bus by saying it was thier fault. She never took the blame for anything and did not get an apology. Should be in writing, if you want to make things right.

Sept. 24, 2015Dear [redacted],Let me start by saying that the slant memorial was purchased on November 6, 2014 as a replacement monument for a marker that was already in place and marking all three graves of the “[redacted]” lot. [redacted] was told at the time of purchase, that we would work this...

order in when we were slow in business, since there was already a marker on the grave. This was fine with her and that is the last we heard from her until September 10, 2015. On this call she was very irate and used all kinds of fowl language as to why the stone was not in place yet. We explained that we had a very busy year and there was no need to talk this way. If she would have liked it on sooner all she needed to do was call and ask us. She informed us that she had not been to the cemetery since and just assumed it was there. She then hung up.On September 11, 2015 she called again demanding the stone be placed immediately or she wanted her money back. I told her that the slant would be set in the cemetery within a week and I would call her when it was there. The new stone was placed in [redacted]'s cemetery on Friday September 18, 2015. After returning from the cemetery I called [redacted] and told her that the stone was set in the cemetery, after which she gave me more of the same language as before. It is rude, ignorant people like this who like to start trouble and bad mouth good caring businesses like ours for no reason at all. Why was she so upset? She had a marker in place marking the graves. The deaths were: 2001, 2009 and 2011. This was not a recent death that needed immediate attention. At the very least a simple call stating "Could you please get the stone finished for us as soon as possible”, instead of immediately contacting The Revdex.com, just to start trouble. All it would have taken was a simple call, I just cannot understand people anymore. She never even mentioned a “Thank You” or a call back saying, "The stone really looks nice” or a "Good Job’. She was just a miserable woman looking to take her frustration out on someone. Have a nice day [redacted].Sincerely,Lynn H.Office Manager

January 17, 2017Dear [redacted],This letter is to inform you that on Friday December 23, 2016 the “[redacted]” headstone was placed in the cemetery. We have talked to [redacted] multiple times explaining to her that we were very busy and that the stone would be completed and placed in the cemetery for...

Christmas. It has been two months since she even tried to contact us, and when she did, all we got from her was yelling at us and demanding a refund, which could not be done because the Stone was already here and half completed at the time. She came into our shop on December 5, 2016 and talked to us about our cats, not even bringing the stone up at all, and then pretended she was a good friend of ours, obviously not the case. On December 8, 2016, we emailed a picture of the monument as she had requested, with the roses on, and told her it would be completed and in the cemetery for Christmas. Not happy with that, she then decided to send complaints to everyone from the Revdex.com, to the Attorney General, she is currently taking us to court and enjoys badmouthing us over the internet. This is going to a ridiculous extreme for someone who has not even lost one of their loved ones. This is a pre-need Stone, no one has died and she is acting like we just crashed into her car and drove away. [redacted] is saying that we never responded to her or even talked to her, which is not the case. We have exchanged emails and phone calls with each other several times in the month of October. So I have no idea why she is saying we never talk, but in fact we talked to her every time she called or stopped in. The bottom line is that the stone has been completed and has been placed in the cemetery as we promised, and looks absolutely beautiful. Hopefully this can all come to an end now, and [redacted] can find something more worth wile to complain about, than a stone that has been placed for no one that has died.Thank You,Amber HAsst.
