January 17, 2017Dear [redacted] ,This letter is to inform you that on Friday December 23, the “ [redacted] ” headstone was placed in the cemeteryWe have talked to [redacted] multiple times explaining to her that we were very busy and that the stone would be completed and placed in the cemetery for ChristmasIt has been two months since she even tried to contact us, and when she did, all we got from her was yelling at us and demanding a refund, which could not be done because the Stone was already here and half completed at the timeShe came into our shop on December 5, and talked to us about our cats, not even bringing the stone up at all, and then pretended she was a good friend of ours, obviously not the caseOn December 8, 2016, we emailed a picture of the monument as she had requested, with the roses on, and told her it would be completed and in the cemetery for ChristmasNot happy with that, she then decided to send complaints to everyone from the Revdex.com, to the Attorney General, she is currently taking us to court and enjoys badmouthing us over the internetThis is going to a ridiculous extreme for someone who has not even lost one of their loved onesThis is a pre-need Stone, no one has died and she is acting like we just crashed into her car and drove away [redacted] is saying that we never responded to her or even talked to her, which is not the caseWe have exchanged emails and phone calls with each other several times in the month of OctoberSo I have no idea why she is saying we never talk, but in fact we talked to her every time she called or stopped inThe bottom line is that the stone has been completed and has been placed in the cemetery as we promised, and looks absolutely beautifulHopefully this can all come to an end now, and [redacted] can find something more worth wile to complain about, than a stone that has been placed for no one that has died.Thank You,Amber HAsstOffice Manager

On 02/01/we purchased a headstone for a deceased daughter the full amount of $was paid on 03/04/ We were originally told the process of getting the stone finished and placed on the grave would take "up to" months at worst We called and went there several times the first 2-months after we paid them to try and make sure the work was getting done By July when it still was done (and we kept hearing excuses from Phoenixville Memorial Works PMW), my husband [redacted] went to press for information They told him the stone would be complete and placed in weeks He asked that they call me to confirm it was placed, but the never return calls from us I just went there again after visiting the grave only to find the stone is still not placed They said they could place it because of the winter weather They have continually lied, not returned calls, and still not completed work that has been paid for almost a year!

On August 25, a Grave Marker was ordered, money paid in total To date, 11/15/17, the marker has not been installed In February of 2017, the base for the marker was installed I visit Phoenixville Memorial Works monthly to check on progress, to no avail. In error, I forgot to let you know the Family Name on the gravemarker.           &n...         *** ***       [redacted] ***                      [redacted]      ***       [redacted]              &n... Dear [redacted] ,On January 14, Mrs [redacted] purchased on marble pet tablet for her cat, *** At this time she paid a deposit of $on a $balance Half payment exactly, just as our contract states In early May, Mrs [redacted] ws contacted that her tablet was finished and we need the final payment after which the table would be installed in the cemetery per our signed contract Instead of just making the payment, Mrs [redacted] refused to pay anymore until the tablet was installed in the cemeteryShe then proceeded to badmouth us on Facebook and contact the Revdex.com.The marble tablet was installed on June 16, in the cemetery after which Mrs [redacted] was sent to photographs One was the completed tablet for ***, the other was a picture of the tablet for [redacted] that had been knocked ofer and Mrs [redacted] had asked us to fix itwhich we did AT NO CHARGE to her I guess doing work for someone at no charge definitely deserves us being called the worst business she has ever dealt with It hurts very much to hear someone say that about you, after doing such nice work for *** To date we have not received final payment even though Mrs [redacted] stated she would pay immediately after the tablet was installed in the letter she wrote to the Revdex.com I guess this just showed Mrs [redacted] 's true intentions.Thank You,Amber H [redacted] - AsstOffice ManagerPhoenixville Memorial Works

Sept24, Dear [redacted] , Let me start by saying that the slant memorial was purchased on November 6, as a replacement monument for a marker that was already in place and marking all three graves of the “***” lot [redacted] was told at the time of purchase, that we would work this order in when we were slow in business, since there was already a marker on the graveThis was fine with her and that is the last we heard from her until September 10, On this call she was very irate and used all kinds of fowl language as to why the stone was not in place yetWe explained that we had a very busy year and there was no need to talk this wayIf she would have liked it on sooner all she needed to do was call and ask usShe informed us that she had not been to the cemetery since and just assumed it was thereShe then hung up.On September 11, she called again demanding the stone be placed immediately or she wanted her money backI told her that the slant would be set in the cemetery within a week and I would call her when it was thereThe new stone was placed in [redacted] 's cemetery on Friday September 18, After returning from the cemetery I called [redacted] and told her that the stone was set in the cemetery, after which she gave me more of the same language as beforeIt is rude, ignorant people like this who like to start trouble and bad mouth good caring businesses like ours for no reason at allWhy was she so upset? She had a marker in place marking the gravesThe deaths were: 2001, and This was not a recent death that needed immediate attentionAt the very least a simple call stating "Could you please get the stone finished for us as soon as possible”, instead of immediately contacting The Revdex.com, just to start troubleAll it would have taken was a simple call, I just cannot understand people anymoreShe never even mentioned a “Thank You” or a call back saying, "The stone really looks nice” or a "Good Job’She was just a miserable woman looking to take her frustration out on someoneHave a nice day [redacted] Sincerely,Lynn HOffice Manager

Complaint has been resolved Job has been completed

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What she said about me using bad language was not correctI just got angry and frustrated that it would take to long to replace a stone when they had all my money!!!I never agreed to them getting it done whenever they wanted toShe never even commeted on thatComplete lie The cemetary told them months ago that it was ready to be placedShe told she would call me and find out why it was not thereAnd she never called me to follow up with meSo, that is when I called them again and again to find out what the issue wasAnd as she stated, " she said she had not called because she was to busy"!!!! That is not what you tell a cusotmer when you are to follow up with themShe has a HUSBAND that works there This is complete disrespect for myself and my dead relativesI still want my money back!!! And I know now that I am not the only person from there to have problemsI can get a few namesI am in contact with the cemetary and she is also throwing them under the bus by saying it was thier faultShe never took the blame for anything and did not get an apologyShould be in writing, if you want to make things right [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
