Review: On July [redacted], I called and emailed them about the missing minutes of my long distance phonecards.

I bought these cards on June [redacted]. Before I ever made any phone calls, the minutes in one of the cards dropped from 27 hours to 14 hours.

The other card I bought for another person was gone after she only used 3 hours. ( It is supposed to be 27 hours).

On July [redacted], the customer service said she would contact the carrier and emailed me back. I waited for a week. No phone calls nor any emails responded me later.

On July [redacted], I had to call the customer service again. She said the missing minutes will be added back.

On July, [redacted], I called her again. She said that there were still 9 hours in the card which was gone. But, I tried this card again, the card told me that the code is invalid.

Otherwise, it is still not the correct minutes that it supposed to have.

She said that she did not know what happened with the carrier and was not able to give me the phone contact record since her position is not high enough.

Then, I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said that she was by herself. I asked her why I never got any email back. She said that she did not email back because she did

not have resources.

I had to ask if she knows who is the carrier. She said that she did not know. After I said that I would complain. She said," OK." and gave me an email address and let me contact that person directly.Desired Settlement: I want the company return my missing minutes and found out the cause and fix it.
