Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:The business statement is far from trueWhen I first came in there and I actually came in twice on the same dayI started telling the guy about the issue he immediately cut me off and said the manager is not in and that I would have to come in tomorrow to see him there was nothing he could for me because it's not his shop and he couldnt help meHe never once asked me for my receipt because I had it on hand ready to showAll he kept telling me was there was nothing he could doThen I came back later that day because my screen was out and I believed it was related to the issue of them fixing my phoneAgain the same guy stated he could fix that situation but in regards to getting my refund he said I could only discuss that with the manager who would be in tomorrowWhen I asked what the manager name was he wouldn't tell me all he did was say he is a big guy and that he sits in the front by the registerI still have the receipt and can take a picture and show you that there are clearly no refund description for regular priced itemsAll it says are ALL SALES ARE FINAL the item I bought was not on saleAnd I never once told them that I bought it a week ago what is the point in saying that when the date is clearly on my receipt I told them I bought it on May 5!!!! I have no reason to exploit there business but when your giving information and not presenting refund policies CLEAR AS DAY, then yes something needs to be done especially when you laugh in a customer's face and say oh your past your 5-were not doing anything for youAnd for them to say their client left is another lie because I wen back to my car and was on the phone with my husband and never once did I see that client leaveI even went next door to grab something to eat and when I came out she was still sitting in their businessI am going off what I was told the first day I bought it and that it would be no issue to bring it back if it anything goes wrong with itAnd in the store the manager told me the warranty was 5-days laughing at me for even trying to bring it backI never once threatened them all I said was I would take it up with Revdex.com and if they believe that is threatening them then clearly they are doing something wrong or have something to hide behind this story and their businessEspecially if they feel the need to lieEverthing in my complaint has been 100% true and if proof is neededI am more than willing to show it It was a complete waste of my time buying that FAKE product because if you look it up you can clearly see what fake products look like and that it was they sell [redacted] does not sell non name brand products all of theirs is legit with legitimate name brands if they are going to try to compare themselves to [redacted] ***.Regards, [redacted] ***

Thanks for contacting us in regards to the complaint made by [redacted]. The customer purchased the HBS 900 headphone from us on 5 May 2017 and came back to the store on 31 May 2017 asking for a refund. She mentioned in her statement that she visited the store 3 times but actually she only came to...

the store twice. During her first visit which was on 31 May 2017, she did not have any proof of purchase i.e. the receipt and told us that she bought the headphone last weekend and she does not have any receipt. She also stated that there is a static noise when she is using it to make calls. Our representative told her that we would need a proof of purchase to figure things out. The customer came back on 1 June 2017 with the receipt and asked us to refund her money. Our store has a no refund and exchange policy that is clearly posted on the front of the store counter and also in front of the cash register. It is clearly stated on the receipt that we have a no refund, no exchange and all sales are final policy. We have attached pictures of the signs and a sample receipt with this letter. We do provide 15 day warranty on all accessories and we gladly exchange the merchandise if there is any problem with it. Our associates mention this 15 day exchange policy on defective merchandise to all of our customers so that they can buy our merchandise with confidence and peace of mind. She also mentioned to us that she had that problem from the first day and when we asked her why she did not bring it back in the first 15 days she said she thought she can come back and return it together cash back within 30 days which is not the case. Even big box electronic stores like [redacted] has a 15 day return policy and we are just a small business, therefore it is not possible for us to provide such lucrative return policy. She also mentioned that the headphone is fake ** brand but the headphone does not have any branding associated with it. . . . Daring her second visit she also threatened us that she will complain and close our business down if we do not bend our policy and give her the refund which we refused to do because, due to all these hassle we lost business and the customer present at the store left without buying anything. We believe she is trying to exploit our store policy by making false claims by saying she purchased it a week ago and that she lost the receipt during her first visit to trick us and basically get her money back after using it for 25 plus days.
