Hi,Client contacted us on 04/30/which is days after initial appointmentPlease note that client was advise that the warranty was 90-days from INITIAL APPOINTMENT which was on 01/17/Also, the symptoms the client is having is with re-breakage of the [redacted] which is also not covered by our warrantySo there are two problems here: one, client is days past warranty terms as well as new damage that is not cover in the warranty as statedIt is a warranty not an insurance policyBelow is a copy of the Service Waiver with the warranty terms stated and attached is the specific PDF that the client receivedClient received these terms on 01/23/at 9:43a via the GMail email address provided by the clientIt should be further noted that we attempted to help the client with a $discount to fix the device again and also general advice when it comes to these type of breaks and devicesAfter this the client became adversarial then began harassing and threatening a company agent at which time we advised that she have no further contact with our company or we would need to involve the local authoritiesWe did not hear from her after that point.SERVICE TERMS:Customer agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement related to mobile repair services associated with Customer’s phone, tablet or other device.AuthorizationCustomer hereby authorizes Phone Falcon to perform diagnostic, repair and installation services on Customer’s DeviceCustomer agrees to pay for ALL WORK PERFORMED by Phone Falcon to Customer’s DevicePricing and costs for services were discussed either written or verbally at the time of order.Warranty and Out-of-Warranty ServiceIf service is covered under an existing limited warranty, Customer authorizes Phone Falcon to perform the work in accordance with the terms and conditions of such limited warranty and Customer agrees to pay for any charges applicable to such service pursuant to the limited warrantyThis Agreement does not modify the respective rights and obligations of the parties under the limited warrantyIf service is not covered under an existing limited warranty, Customer authorizes Phone Falcon to obtain parts, perform service and work on the Customer’s deviceApplicable taxes and additional costs for shipping and handling will be charged to the Customer.Lost or Altered DataCustomer acknowledges data, including photos and contacts, on their device may be lost or altered during service by Phone FalconCustomer is responsible for backing up all proprietary and confidential information on the DevicePhone Falcon for advertising purposes without compensation for the imagesPhone Falcon may write and post articles about the damage, repair, service and other information about the device without compensation to the Customer.Abandoned DevicesClients must accept delivery and pay total balances due for any devices where a repair or inspection has been completed widaysPhone Falcon will hold the device for longer at a cost of $per day held, unless otherwise agreed upon (and noted on client's account)A device will be considered abandoned upon the 91st day and will be sold, parted, or otherwise claimed by Phone Falcon to recover our costsNo value, outside of the cancellation of the balance due, will be given to client should the device be abandoned and clamied by Phone Falcon.Other General TermsUpon covered by this warrantyREBREAKAGE: Unfortunately our clients, from time-to-time, break their device again quickly after they have a repairOur warranty DOES NOT cover re-breakage or new damage of any kindHowever, please call us as we do offer a significant discount should you find that you re-broke your phone within 30-days of your repair

Please note that client was advise that the warranty was 90-days from INITIAL APPOINTMENT which was on 01/17/2017. Also, the symptoms the client is having is with re-breakage of the [redacted] which is also not covered...

by our warranty. So there are two problems here: one, client is 13 days past warranty terms as well as new damage that is not cover in the warranty as stated. It is a warranty not an insurance policy. Below is a copy of the Service Waiver with the warranty terms stated and attached is the specific PDF that the client received. Client received these terms on 01/23/2017 at 9:43a via the GMail email address provided by the client. It should be further noted that we attempted to help the client with a $70 discount to fix the device again and also general advice when it comes to these type of breaks and devices.
