the time of purchase I informed the customer (Gloria's son) and her son's father the purchase includes 14 day warranty. On July 12, when the customer came back with a complaint, I told them I would diagnose the problem. I recommended the [redacted] needed to be replaced for the device to return to full functionality. It was at this point I believe misunderstanding  between me and Gloria's brother took place. He assumed I offered lifetime warranty similar to you break it I fix it. You break it I fix it charges double for same repair service. After Gloria's brother refused too pay I took my screen back. The reason I didn't put the old screen back is because I don't work for free. The parts I returned To Gloria's brother were not in a sandwich bag.
