I had Dropped my phone in for repairs on the last week on November 2013, because it had a broken screen. The phone was still in good working condition but obviously using a cracked screen gets annoying. When I took it in: 1. I had the original stylus 2. I could make phone calls, with the screen only turning off when I put the phone to my face. 3. Whenever I hit the button on the phone the screen came on, and when it again it went off.After picking up my phone from "phone kings" I returned home and decided to do some work with my stylus, I realized that it was actually a fake version of the note II stylus that had been put into my phone. I went back to them and showed them that it was fake, and the employee working there asked me if I was sure and tried to lie to me by saying it was the original. But certain things cannot be lied about. The corner where my phone dropped had some damage and also had scraped my original stylus so I knew for certain that it was not mine that was given to me. He agreed and make up an excuse that the phone was sent to be fixed somewhere else and that they had to go search for it and if it was found they would give me a call to come pick it up. A week or so later, I get a call saying they have received my new stylus which they ordered. I went in to pick it up but it was not in a case but just a stylus on its own. I took a look at it and it did not look new to me at all. I could only assume that they had stolen one from some nave customer. 3 days later I started having issues with my screen, where it would occasionally come on when I hit the menu button or sometimes it wouldn't. I took it back to them and was told that It may be my battery but that wasn't the case. I went in there today the 24th December 2013 and complained to them that when I did a diagnostic of my phone it showed that my proximity sensor had some problems. This was not the case before I Took my phone in, I was now told that he fixes the phone there in the store as opposed to a warehoProduct_Or_Service: samsung note 2Account_Number: AT&TDesired SettlementI would like for them to either fix my phone, or give me a refund, because when I dropped the phone in the first time I only had a broken glass, and when I went back to pick up the phone I was told that some how my lcd which wasn't broken when I dropped the phone, was apparently broken so instead of the $90 first quoted to me, I had to pay $170 which is almost twice the first priceThen had to deal without a stylus because they had tried to switch mine out .... IT IS FRUSTRATING
