Review: I bought the doc-n-talk years ago and paid 150.00. I called today to request a new cord for my product. I was told that the cords were no longer supported and that I would have to upgrade the product and have a module added to it. The cost nearly $100.00 The product is just like new and in order to use it, I am being asked to pay almost as much as a new unit. This is not right for a business to hold one hostage to either pay the upgrade or the product I paid good money for will no longer be usable. If you value your customers, you should only charge a nominal amount too upgrade the unit so I can use it once again.Desired Settlement: I would request that I be charged a reasonable fee to send my unit in to be upgraded and adding the module. The 25.00 service fee for upgrading with free return is reasonable but almost 70.00 for the module is not a reasonable cost.
