I am rejecting this response because: On January 5th I got a phone call from
the Phone Repair LabThe same day I went to pick up the “fixed” phoneI gladly returned the loaner phoneThe money for the sim card were reimbursed and a 50% of the initial amount I paid was given back to meI was ensured that the phone has days warranty, and thought the problems with the phone are overHow naiveThree days later the speaker of the phone stopped working, which means when I call from the phone the other side cannot hear anythingNow the phone isn’t phone anymore, and the Phone Repair Lab claims this problem isn’t covered by the warrantyAfter waiting more then a month the phone is damaged forever and the company is refusing to take responsibilityThis is an example of extremely poor business. Review: I paid to have the glass replaced on my [redacted] mini. The glass was replaced but the [redacted] would shut down after 30 min of use. I returned it to repaired. It was supposedly sent out to be fixed and within the week had been stolen while in their possesion. They refuse to replace or find the [redacted] without some apple transmission number. The [redacted] is my 10 yr olds, we have disabled all GPS for her safety. Obviously, we can't give a transmission number, whatever that is, if there is no location available. Bottom line is, they have stolen our [redacted] and refuse to replace it. I am disputing the charges on my credit card, so at least I can get my $150 back for that, maybe. They do not return calls and blow me off when I go up to ask about it. They act like this is MY problem. I am filing a civil complaint against them as well. No one else needs to deal with these people!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and replacement for the [redacted] mini. No exceptions!
