I am rejecting this response because:I was given a price for the replacement of my screen over the phone and then again when I got to the storeI agreed, and my phone was taken to the back of the store to be repairedI was not given the ipad to fill out my information until after that pointI was never told that I needed to pay extra for a warrantyThe new screen became progressively unresponsiveI initially thought it was just a glitch or perhaps the software needed to be updatedAfter I realized it wasn't the phone, but the new screen, I contacted the companyThe first person I was immediately met with poor customer service and hostility. I asked for a call back from a managerWhen I received a call back, it was explained that it would be an additional $20, as they do not offer a warranty with their screensReading through the screen shoots the company provided to Revdex.com, it states a hr warranty period, because issues are uncommonHowever, according to the company's *** reviews, this issue is very commonThis is not the type of company I feel comfortable doing business withI ultimately needed to get my phone repaired, but didn't feel confident in the quality of work/parts that this company providesI took my phone elsewhere to be repaired
Regards,

[redacted],Once again, I am sorry you feel this way. However, you cannot state based on a few [redacted] complaints that this is very common. We have over a 4.5 rating on [redacted] and 4.8 on [redacted]. You are using 5 examples out of 1000s of repairs, making this not common at all.We are and have been the best and #1 rated company in Philadelphia for phone repairs. During our phone call after the matter and after you threatened a bad review I then said that  I would give you you a free warranty repair. Do you not remember that? Also, so it is shown in our records and you are verifying that you did agree to an approved waiver about our quality and warranty offers.

Hey [redacted],I appreciate the feedback. Let it be known, at the end of our call I agreed to either give you a refund or waive the $20 Fee since you threatened me with a bad review because "you are a businessman and this is how it works". You told me you were going to complain and write a bad review...

just to get your way. I don't believe this is how to conduct business.About the situation at hand.... when you came in for the repair we had you fill out the same repair form everyone fills out. This collects your personal information, device information and repair that's needed. You can see the attached screenshots that you did complete this form. This is dated. This also has your personal information confirmation and you confirming the waiver at the bottom that SPECIFICALLY STATES the following below. Therefore, you agreed to these terms of our business then proceed to fight something you agreed to. We are in no way practicing unfairly and have given you prior notice to the warranty details."By checking this box, you acknowledge the following. If a warranty is supplied to you by Phone Repair Philly, the warranty covers manufacturing defects only, damage is not covered. Phone Repair Philly reserves the right to deny a warranty if there are signs of water damage or physical damage. Any type of water damaged phone that is repaired is not guaranteed, and the customer should be warned that the phone may have issues in the future due to it. If you selected the cheaper 'regular' option, then if your screen has any issues more than 24 hours after the repair that you are not covered by warranty and we will not fix this for free. This is very uncommon, but you would have to pay a $20 deductible for a new warranty. Also, if you leave your phone here for a repair you have 30 days to pick it up and pay for the device. If you don't pick it up within 30 days or call to have it held for pickup then we can by law claim ownership of the device. Please mark you understand these statements." -- You checked the box to confirm.
