I am writing you for the fifth time. The bb complaint numbers are as follows. . I should not have to explain this again but here we go. Dish and hughes,net were installed and within 5 minuted I called dish and they could not fix the problem. So I told them to come back and remove. Then in july they sent boxes for their stuff. Instructioms say to go outside to remove parts and put in the box. I told them I am handi-capped and cannot get to the pole. This problem could be so easy to fix. Send the installer to go outside to remove what needs to be removed and take everything with him. They have again turned me to collections(Diversified Consultants, INC. This is the third time I have been turned to collections And my credit report is not doing so good. I WANT YOU TO FIX THIS. iF YOU CANT THEN JUST TELL ME. THIS PROBLEM SHOULD NOT TAKE A YEAR TO FIX

I haven't had dish network in my name since 3/14/2015 witch the person who was living with me died and I couldn't afford it any more then I got the dish receiver back to dish network now I am getting told that I owe 496.52 dollars for services I didn't order to dish network I was a victim of identity in February of 2017 and the blind lady who was living here moved out May 2017 and she had dish network in her name and not mine I called dish network to find out why I was being charged for services that I didn't order I am home bound and don't have transportation to get around to get things done I feel I was a victim of fraud
