May 14, 2014 I took my sons 4th generation apple iPod , they were supposed to replace the screen with a black screen and they only had a white screen, so they told me if my son didn't like it to bring it back and they would switch the screen, so on wed the 14th I returned it to have the black screen put on it. They said it would take an hour and half to come back for it. They called on my cell and said would be almost ready, to come and get it. Then they called me again and said they broke it ,that they lifted the screen to far up and broke the cord hooked to motherboard. They said they would sodder it and he said he would bring it to my house that night. They called and said they couldn't fix it. So Brent said they would replace it and he asked if I wanted an 8 gig Ipod 4th generation I could have and I said no because it was a 16 gig 4th generation. He said it would be hard to find a 4th generation they would buy a 5th generation.The next day I called the store, they told me they were trying to part one together and it didn't work. So they said they were going to replace with a refurbished one 16 gig or better. On May 20th 2014 they told me they purchased a refurbished one and they would get back to me on the tracking number. So today I texted the guy to see if he had the tracking number no reply. Tried to call he got his cell number changed, called [redacted] he's not accepting calls, called the store spoke with a lady she said she didn't know what was going on and continued to get the run around, so I told her I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Will settle for a 5th generation refurbished with one year warranty from the apple store with my sons name [redacted] engraved on it as the other one had. I originally purchased his new from the apple store. Do not want one from Ebay because a lot are broken and there was nothing wrong with his and I do not want a warranty from this company because they are unreliable, and very rude and continue to lie to me.
