Review: Paid $90 dollars upfront to for them to order and repair My stepsons cracked screen.I paid the $90 dollars on 4/9/16.they told me the screen would be in on 4/13/16 and that they would call and never did. I have been given 4 or 5 different dates that the screen was coming in and the customer service is not great with the Manager.on 4/19/16 I called and spoke with the Manager and he put me on hold for 45 Minutes.and then called me back and said he was scatterbrained.Now today I called and spoke with him and he said he would be in the shop until 6 and I told him I would be in between 3 & 4 Pm . I get there and he is not in the shop they are very unprofessional and I just want my refund back so I can go else where.Desired Settlement: would just like my money Back so I can Go elsewhere and get my stepsons phone back.
