I received less than half of the quoted amount that should have been paid for my broken lcds under their lcd buyback program
I filled out a lcd buyback quote form for my broken phone screens with operational lcds The quote was for $ They only sent me $and said some of the screens were not salvageable I know each screen worked because I only keep the working screens just for this program I made sure each screen was well packed individually in a sturdy box I have sent three emails asking for an explanation with no response I also checked a box to have them ship me the bad screens back to me which they have not done
I have had this problem one time before and they were pretty quick to get back with me One time before, they sent me screens back which I felt were not the ones I sent them I just dismissed it as I felt it may have been my screens This time I know what I sent and made sure the screens were working
