Review: I have been trying for over 3 weeks via email to get a refund on my Phonic Powerpod 620 R (powered mixer with USB recorder) and have had no success. The product's recording device is defective as verified by both myself and the local retailer. The local retailer told me that he would not accept the return and that I needed to go through the company (Phonic). The issue with the product is that every 5 to 10 seconds it skips on the recording despite following Phonic's clear instructions on how to use the device (clearly a manufacturer defect). I submitted my receipt to phonic within 14 days from the date of purchase. I have only received one email since September 8th saying they will help me shortly, please be patient. I simply would like a refund of the product. I have asked phonic to send me a return authorization number so I can do this but still no response. Please help me with this issue. I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service before. My Phonic Ticket # is [redacted]. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product and receive a refund of the full retail price. When I sent an email of the receipt on September 8th I was within 14 days of purchase. The receipt was lumped together with an inexpensive speaker so it is hard to tell how much the item actually cost therefore I would like the full retail price back.
