The camera was not thoroughly used! Like I have been saying since the day I first made contact with you, you can NOT determine if a camera works or not if you DON'T take everything out of the box, power it on, put on a lens, etcThe fact that you are saying this camera was thoroughly used when I contacted you immediately after receiving itYou have offered me the WORST customer service. Once I received a replacement of the lens that had been broken, and it not even being the same lens, I then again contacted youThe person on the phone was extremely rude and unapologeticI didn't know that it was my fault that you had sent me an incorrect replacement(and by the way, you can tell I didn't even open that box) I would like a full refund on the camera that I had sent back to youThe way I have been treated by you guys is ridiculousI had to pay my own shipping to send a camera back that was not working properly and came with the wrong lens after the first one was broke. And by the way, you did not happily tell me I could send my camera back when I contacted you for the second timeInstead, you told me I should contact Canon, who had nothing to do with that purchaseStop lying and own up to the truth.

is making weird noise, and they wish to
return. We gladly authorized the return for a refund, but when the item was
returned to us, the camera, lenses, and accessories all came back open and
thoroughly used (and the camera was working perfectly). It seems like the
camera was actually used, hence an appropriate restocking fee was applied.
