Per the letter I am writing in response to the incident regarding [redacted] *** She came in on July 19th 2016The fist official business day on her order is 7/20/20167/21/2016- Day 7/22/- Day 7/23/2016- Non Business Day 7/24/2016- Non Business Day 7/25/- Day 47/26/2016- Day 7/27/2016- Day 7/28/Day - Restoration Completed 7/29/Day 8- Final Auditing of Video Transfer 7/30/2016- Non Business Working DayAll Orders require 7- Business Days to complete her order was both a photo restoration and Video TransfersSee the Attached Files we completed the restoration as per the contract there is no canceling orders once they are completedPlease call me if you have any questions she has also posted slanderous post on our business yelp pageWe have refunded the whole order so Im not sure what all she is wanting nowThank you for choosing us to fulfill all of your photo needs!
