Beware of this Company!!
I called them out to Come Clean very Minor spots on my Shag Rug. They told me that They. had many Years of experience. My experience was a absolute HEADACHE. When they came out and cleaned it, they used WAY to much water. They Ruined my rug, it smells like MILDEW and stinks so bad I have to get rid of it. They charged $65 and didn’t even get the Minor stains out. They Do NOT know what they are doing. One of the techs came out 3X to come and dry my rug and spray Enzimes on it because of the mildew smell, and he was unsuccessful. When I Let management know about how unsatisfied I was with the Experience and how they ruined my rug, all they had to say for it was , OH OK, No problem!! ??, they did not offer to pay for my rug , or didn’t even offer to give me back my money I wasted. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Photo Finish provide implecable service to my home.

I had never had a professional carpet cleaning and didn't know who to contact. I searched Revdex.com for the best carpet cleaner in my zip code and was able to make an appointment with this company Photo Finish. I boarded my pet for a couple of days until carpet completely dry. I had a living room, den and hallway cleaned. HUGE difference in my carpet. It looks brand new. My carpet is over 20 years old. There was a price discrepancy because the representative I spoke with over the phone did not evaluate my carpet, the technician that came for the appointment did. Additional services were recommended at additional cost which I was told were included in the cost for services. I required a deep scrub cleaning on my carpet which I am glad I was able to get. Bottom line is the company was kind enough to stay within the cost quote I was given over the phone and gave me great service. I can be persnickety at times, its a girl thing, and they maintained their professionalism at all times...I did text and call the main office and apologized for misunderstanding price quote for unseen carpet. In the end I plan on having Photo Finish come and clean the bedroom carpets next. Thank you again Photo Finish employees for making my first carpet cleaning experience painless.
