Photo Op

I was unable to attend the last night of a photography class. I was promised to receive the material from that class, which has not happened.Mr. [redacted] was informed on May 6, 2014 that I was unable to attend the last photo class on May 13, 2014 due to a work obligation. He promised to meet with me to give me the material from that class. He told me to call him to set up a time to meet, which I did. When I received no response to a few emails and a few phone calls, I finally said we didn't have to meet. I asked him to just email the material to me because he already had my email because of taking the photo class with him. I have left 10 voice messages and sent 7 emails to him. I mailed a letter to him on June 18, 2014 asking for the materials. I also asked him in the letter to remove me from his website because I did not give him permission to put my picture on his website. I have not received any communication from Mr. [redacted], and my picture is still on his website. I feel that I have given him every opportunity to get me the material that he promised he would get to me. I paid for the photo class, so I should be able to have all the material from that class. Mr. [redacted] is no longer located in Ayer, MA. If a student misses a class they registered for as a convenience I offer to make the class available in a private session or in the next term of scheduled classes. This is based of availability on my part. There is a lapse between semesters and immediate make up is not available in most cases. The class files that were covered in class were requested to be emailed to Ms [redacted] but she explained she was unable to convert JPEGS to a printable file ext. I took the time to convert dozens of file personally for her to review but that email was set in draft mode by mistake and never sent. This is the root of the problem. Which I apologize for. I put in a lot of effort to assure my students of all levels obtain the needed information at a pace they can absorb and utilize the information when the time comes.
