Photo Reflect - Majectic photography

Review: I paid [redacted] with Majestic Photography $300.00 for photography services for an event and was promised my CD with pictures, DVD of party, and Photo album within 30 days. Have only received photo album and [redacted] does not want to refund my money for breaching the contract. It has now been 2 months and still no complete product.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the photo album to Mr. [redacted] and receive a full refund.

Review: On June 28,2014, Sean Johnson of Majestic Photography was the photographer at the Williams family reunion. He took group family pictures and said he would mail the pictures to us. We paid $60.00 cash in advance: $25.00 was for one family packet; $30.00 was for 3 single 8X10 photos; $5.00 was a tip for him. After dozens of unanswered phone calls, I wrote him a letter requesting the photos be sent right away or that he return my $55.00. To date I have not had the courtesy of a reply or return call and I have not received my photos. He did speak with my sister and advised her that the photos were mailed out over one month ago. He said he would follow up with post office. I do not believe him because he has told other people different stories with regard to their photos. I have heard that no one from the reunion has ever received their photos. I am outraged that he cannot speak with me or return my funds if he cannot produce the photos.R.PiresDesired Settlement: I would like my $55.00 returned or I would like to receive the photos that I paid for back in June.

Review: I have been married since June 21,2014. Mr. [redacted] was the photographer. I have not received my pictures(engagement taken in March, 2014 nor Wedding pictures nor albums. He is not answering my calls after I threatened to take him to court. I have all texts stating my product was lost, then found and is ready. I want my product and I advise no one to use his services. Three different families encounter the same problem. One couple just received half of their product last month, and they were wedded on May 17, 2014. This is a shame, I'm not even excited for my pictures anymore, and these is supposed to be memories.Desired Settlement: I would have loved to have my pictures , but again I don't want to be contacted by this business, I want all of my money back, it will jus be a loss on my memories.
