12-17-17. We received his returned check on 11-24-17 and his account was debited on 11-25-17 for the check amount. Then on 12-01-17 we submitted the fee for payment and the money was debited on 12-02-17.  He wanted to know why we had debited his account and I made him aware of check and fee. He said no one had notified him about check. I let him know that on his order form he is notified that in the event that a check is returned unpaid the check and the fee may be electronically debited and he said CheckRite did not provide a service to him and if he had to he would take us to small claims court and this was his banks error. I told him to send me something from his bank stating it was their error and I would bill his bank for fee. I never heard back from him.----------------------------------------------------------------I spoke with [redacted] approximately two weeks ago explaining the returned check triggered the fee from CheckRite. I am rejecting this response because:  They are still not addressing the issue. I am through chasing them down for a reasonable resolution. I have called and emailed PhotoTexas over and over and keep getting told to call Checkrite , they want me to contact my bank and on and on. They have small print on their order forms that I bet no parent really reads about what they say. They have a consumer satisfaction guarantee in large bold letters. I am not satisfied and won't do anything else. I am thru trying to resolve this reasonably as they don't care once they get your payment. Don't use them for any of your kids sports or school pictures unless you want the same treatment.
