Purchased a groupon for my Christmas photos, paid almost $so not inexpensive I created my card, with photos inside, had to do some reworking of the photo so our whole family was completely in photoEach photo has a red border around picture, received cards and the whole left side of card is cropped offMy son is completely missing from out family photo I told customer service I went back online to see if there was something I did wrong, I recreated the card and our family is completely inside of the borders She stated that the borders are only on of the photos the other will not have complete borders I told her that makes no sense because the 3rd photo had sides of the border and the 4th picture only has sides of the border, she said it was supposed to be that way for the asthetic [redacted] ! That is crazy!, she said they could rush a reorder for a discounted rate of $ I have been making cards, I make multiple calendars and do photo books for over years, this is the worst product I have ever orderedExtremely disappointed!!!

I normally use Shutterfly when creating my Christmas Cards, however decided to purchase the Groupon for Photo Affections, instead, this yearI was very pleased with the ease of using the website, quality of product, packaging, and timeliness of shippingI will definitely use this business again and will recommend to others as well

I ordered my photo Holiday cards from Photo Affections this year, a site I had not used beforeI provided high quality images, directly from a professional photographer, but the cards I received contained grainy imagesThey were very disappointingI contacted the Company, who repeatedly states on its website that they offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteeThey offered to reprint my cards at 50% offNeedless to say, I was not interested in spending more money on disappointing cards when my images were not the issueThe sales representative was very nice and apologetic, but that doesn't solve my problem

I ordered Christmas photo cards on December 7th, 2015, and my order was scheduled to arrive on December 12thI did receive my order on that day, however the cards were for another familyWhen I contacted customer service about this issue, they informed me another order would be printed and shipped and I could expect it Friday, December 18thWhen I explained this was unacceptable and would not leave me enough time to mail the cards in time I was told I was then eligible for expedited shipping and I could expect my order a day earlier, on December 17th
I felt this matter was handled poorly and in a less than timely mannerAll representatives I dealt with were indifferent and unhelpful An error such as this should have been resolved in more acceptable wayI will never do business with photo affections again

I ordered the Christmas cards on 12/and received today, 12/When I opened the box , they looked nice and I was happy with thatBut soon I found that first cards and the rest of the cards' qualities are differentOnly first cards are covered with nice coating witch is smooth surface.I think the cards' quality is suppose to this like those cardsBut the cards I received are very differentThese are shiny, cheap looksDid they forgot to do one more process ? I told customer service I went back online to see if there was something I did wrong, I recreated the card and our family is completely inside of the borders. She stated that the borders are only on 2 of the photos the other 2 will not have complete borders. I told her that makes no sense because the 3rd photo had 3 sides of the border and the 4th picture only has 2 sides of the border, she said it was supposed to be that way for the asthetic. After either submitting my order incorrectly or it being printed incorrectly, I will be receiving the correct order on upgraded paper for free. Awesome.
Also, I received my order in 3 days including a Thanksgiving.

PHOTO AFFECTION SCAM... nothing in life is free! knowing this we pay $9.99 to ship 85 pictures which weighs .001 lb per picture. So .85 lb which is 13.6 ounces. for every .49 cent stamp you can ship 1oz via USPS. Doing the math shipping at most should only cost $6.66 PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did and pay the extra $1 for "expedited" shipping with a 4 to 7 day delivery as Im going on day 9 and still no pictures! this company is ripping people off at the rate of $3.33 an order or $4.33 for "faster shipping" which you may think owell that's not even $5 but lets say they have 1000 customers a month now the numbers change and we see the big picture! buyer beware!

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my card (print quality very poor and the image was much darker than the original). I was even more disappointed with the customer service and their unwillingness to do anything to correct the issue. I will never use Photo Affections again.

I ordered 85 pictures on Dec 4th, 2016 which were supposed to be delivered by Dec. 16th. They never arrived and I needed them for a very special Christmas present. The company was willing to reprint them, but I wouldn't get them in time. I offered to pay for over night delivery, but they refused to do that for me. I'm so disappointed and angry!! Needless to say, I will not be using Photo affections again, nor will I refer them to anyone.
