Hello,The image placeholders you are seeing for 3rd party hosting is due to another Photobucket account restricted for 3rd Party HostingIf you don't have a Photobucket account, you may be using images from another user whose account does not have 3rd party hosting.Please contact the owner of the
image that you are using as a background since it is their account that is affected by the restriction.You can also remove these images by editing the html code of your site and removing all the Photobucket links.Thank you

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because:The timing of the Photobucket policy changes is unfortunate. Since the policy changes were made during my mid-subscription that disabled the “download album” function, I am requesting Photobucket "zip-file" me all my pictures/albums. To instruct/request me to download individual pictures is impossible based on the quantity and the many hours the task would take! Sincerely,

We have resolved the issue with Ms. [redacted] account on March 15, 2018. Photobucket has a known issue where albums that are named with an ampersand do not load in user's account. Ms. Lerma had a few albums with ampersands on the title so she was not able to view her album's contents. We fix this...

issue for her and she is able to view her albums now.

We did update our Terms of Use [redacted]. Please know that Photobucket did not halt the download function because of the recent changes we've made. We have an issue with the Album download that we are unable to fix and find a quick resolution, so this feature is no longer available. I understand that the timing is unfortunate, however, users can still download their images individually from their account. We are not holding users content “hostage”.

I am rejecting this response because:Photobucket says that the ability to download all the pictures at once does not work any more and since they have taken away my ability to download my pictures in any easy way, I'll go back to what I asked for before. I'd like someone to place them all on a jump drive and send them to me. Downloading all of my pictures, one by one, which will take hours/days when in the past it would take just a few clicks, is not a process I feel I should have to undertake because photobucket's website is no longer working properly. If they feel that's a fair resolution, perhaps they can do it for their users.  I understand they're going to refuse to do this for me. But the fact is, they didn't tell their users, before all of this, that we would no longer be able to bulk download all of our pictures and that's not fair.

account is no longer restricted so you should be able to access it with no issue. If you don't use 3rd Party Hosting, you don't need to upgrade to our Plus 500 plan. Per our terms of use, users who have exceeded their storage limit will need to upgrade their account to a higher subscription level that can accommodate the storage needed for that account.Although all the subscription plans we offer are billed annually, our Plus 50 subscription plan is only equivalent to $4.99/month. This plan provides you with 50 GB of storage in addition to the 10 GB you already have in your account.Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.Thank you.
