Review: March of 2013 [redacted] signed a contract with Photogenie for Spring 2013 portraits. In April **, 2013, [redacted] students were photographed by Photogenie (headed by [redacted]). We didn't receive any updated to when students were to receive the picture package their parents purchased. We never received an invoice, and we didn't receive the commission check which was owed to us; this was the [redacted] week May 2013. After several phone calls [redacted] stated we were to receive the pictures by the 3rd week of May. The pictures were delivered to the school the [redacted] week of June 2013. We proceeded to contact [redacted] to tell him of the discrepancies with several packages and the commission check, he stated he would fix the pictures and ship them out. Nothing was received. Throughout the summer of 2013 (from 6/**/13 to 9/*/13), we have been contacting [redacted] to get an update on the issues. When we finally got a hold of him, he gave us many excuses to why we haven't received our commission check and student packages. I believe the [redacted] week of July, he met up with our [redacted] president and handed her a check (no invoice, no missing student packets), the check was deposited and low and behold the check bounced. I've gotten in contact with [redacted] about 3 weeks ago, when I call him either he's busy, he can't get into details or he doesn't answer his phone. When I email him, he rarely respond to my email. Today I spoke to [redacted] and I was told that I need to wait because his business is crumbling. He also stated we can do whatever we want as for processing legal forms. With that being said, [redacted] did not have any intention to pay us what's owed to us and he doesn't care to give the students the package that their parents paid for. Photogenie owes us the commission check, the refund for the student packages, and the bank fees.Desired Settlement: We would like the funds that are owed to the parents of the students who still have unresolved Spring portraits and the commission check that is owed to the [redacted].
