I have just gotten off the phone with Photographer's Edge The person who answered wasn't helpful at all He listened and took the information such as my order date, order number and reason for my dissatisfaction He then informed me that he couldn't do anything to change my order information since he hadn't been the person who took the order over the phone originally I was calling to ask why I was charged over $dollars for shipping when my order total was over $and the catalog enclosed with my order said Free Shipping for orders over $ I was told that I hadn't given the Promo Code when I placed the order I explained that I wasn't even aware of the Promo Code at the time I placed the orderI expected a refund of shipping charges I was told that couldn't be done since the order was shipped I said I had received the order days ago and had called when I saw the Free Shipping listed on the front of the catalog I have been a customer for over years

I've been purchasing their products for about four years, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to make their own greeting cards The products are top notis the service Ordering is easy, shipping is fast, and the cards are easy to put together with the simple to follow instructions If you can't decide on the vast selection of paper, they have a sample pack that makes choices easier
