When I filed my complaint yesterday regarding Photographic Painting of Corona, CA, I could not find a way to attach additional pertinent files. I have now found the correct procedure and would like to provide...

you IMPORTANT additional information.
The first file attached comprises the details of the order I placed with Photographic Painting. As you can see, I asked that the painting be reproduced as 75 x 61 inches WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3 INCH BORDER PAINTED AROUND EACH EDGE OF THE PICTURE in either the background color or an extension of what the artist would guess the painting would have been if 3 more inches had been included in the original. By adding the 3 inch painted border, of course the painting would then be 81 x 67 inches. This company knew I already had the mounting frame and I confirmed this fact in later emails to them which I will also attach to this correspondence.
Additionally, I am enclosing Photographic Painting's Confirmation of my order. This document states that "It will take 2-3 weeks for the painting to complete and 5-7 days for shipping". As I stated in my original correspondence to you, the company failed miserably in meeting BOTH of these timeframes.
Because the size of the painting is of MAJOR IMPORTANCE, I am enclosing the pertinent emails between the parties relating to this. After reading them, I am sure you will appreciate my frustration at their refusing, until the last email, to send me the actual size, or what they thought was the actual size. I do not believe the company ever saw the painting in person in California as they would have realized that the painting was NOT the correct size. I believe the artist shipped the painting directly to me. But the company is responsible for this incorrect sizing, whether they actually saw the painting in person or not. While the company did try many times to mislead me by saying that they had confirmed that the painting was the correct size, they did not give me the actual dimensions UNTIL THEY REALIZED I WOULD NOT APPROVE THE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL THEY GAVE ME THE EXACT DIMENSIONS. In order to induce me to make the final payment, they misrepresented the size of the painting to me so I would believe the painting was sized correctly and allow them to charge my credit card.
Additionally I am furnishing you 6 photos of the painting showing the TRUE DIMENSIONS to you. In looking at the ones with the full tape measure, you can zoom in on the end and see that the final dimensions are 79 x 66 inches, which is NOT the size I ordered. I ordered a painting sized at 81 x 67 inches. I have the frame on which this painting is to be mounted, and this smaller size cannot be "stretched" onto that frame, as [redacted] suggested, without ripping the linen on which it was painted. These pictures should provide you ABSOLUTE PROOF that Photographic Painting mis-sized the painting and then mislead me to believe it was sized correctly, to induce me to make the final payment. I am glad I took these pictures so you have absolute proof that the painting was incorrectly sized.
I can also provide you copies of my American Express card statements showing I paid the full $690. I am not providing them in this correspondence as I believe you know that this company would not have shipped the painting had they not been paid in full. Please let me know if you need such statements.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you are able to obtain the $300 refund I deserve, so I can have the painting framed to cover up the mistake made by Photographic Painting.
