Review: I had scheduled [redacted]o take photos of my family on the beach while vacationing in the Outer Banks of NC in July of this year (2013). After we chose the photos we wanted and gave him our credit card information, he told us it would take about 4 weeks to get them in the mail. I received an email from him asking for additional information on my family members' credit cards, so I returned the information he needed within a day or 2. I had not received a phone call or email back saying the transaction had been completed so I tried various times to contact him back to see what was taking so long. I finally got him on the phone on Sept 25th and he said he never received the information I sent and he told me send it to a different email address, and that's what I did. My credit card was charged $369.95 on Sept 3rd but my other family members' cards were not charged. Since then, my brother and I have tried to contact him through email and phone calls (I left many messages) with no luck. My family and I are disgusted with the way he is handling our order AND his business. I could somewhat understand if he were ill or something worse had happened, but I would think by now someone would have gotten to his unfinished business matters and tried to contact us. We really want our photographs and I have no other choice but to contact the Revdex.com to get help in resolving the issue.

I'd like for someone to get in contact with him (since we cannot) and for him to send our photos immediately. I would also like a discount for all the trouble he has caused me and my family. I should not have to pay full price for a service that was promised but not completed in a timely matter.
