Im so sorry that your time has been wasted, as the cd has already been delivered.  I take pics as a hobby. I work full-time elsewhere. I sold this family a gift cert in Dec good for one year.  I didn't hear anything from this family until June 24 after midnight stating that I didn't show...

up for an appt in May and that they were in town and demanded their money back right then at 1230am.  I politely explained that I would not offer a refund but would be happy to make an appt with them for their pics.  I explained that there was never an appt made for May and proof of such was never provided.  I began receiving phone calls from the client and her sister at 130am.  The following morning there was a long, rude post on Facebook full of lies about me in which the clients sister tagged 96 people in. She later asked me to take it down when I provided screenshots of the facts. I gladly took it down.  Our appt was for July 17 at 1pm.. I was in contact with her minimum of 15 mins prior to the appt to acquire directions.. I arrived & parked beside her at exactly 1pm. Her, a male subject & 2 kids were down by the picnic tables so I did have to walk to them which took approximately 3 mins. I have the time documented as well.  I took the photos. Instructed her she would get a cd of 30-40 images and stated I was running about 2 weeks on editing time and asked if she wanted the cd mailed to her which she stated yes.  I also instructed her that I would post a sneak peak online for her and she said something bout not using Facebook and only activating to converse with me.  I advised her I could just message them to her on messenger to which she agreed.  I messaged her the sneak peak 13 days later (within the 2 weeks). I got the address and mailed the cd. I didn't hear anything until Aug 11 when I got another rude message from her sister. I immediately message [redacted] and asked if she not received her cd she stated she did not.  In speaking back and forth she realized that she didn't include her apt number and therefore I didn't have the correct address I needed. She gave me the proper address and I told her that I would mail another cd for free, no charge to her but that I would get tracking info on this cd (in order to protect myself) She did apparently message me a couple of times asking for the tracking number but when I reinstalled the app on my new phone I did not enable notifications.  I messaged her the tracking number on Tuesday the 23rd.  It is [redacted] through usps.com  I sent her the number and told her to never contact me again.  All during this time she has posted all kinds of slanderous lies about myself and my hobby. She has messaged me and called me a thief. She has since deleted all messages I'm assuming so I wouldn't have the proof but I already screenshot them.  As far as me blocking her, on Aug 22 she posted a lengthy rude, untrue post to my photo fb page so I blocked her from posting.  Once I sent her the tracking info and told her not to contact me again, she then blocked me as you can clearly see in the pics I'm attaching.  This insanity is all over $80. I drove 40 miles to meet her the first time to giver her the cert.  I drove another 40ish miles to take her photos and also mailed 2 cds at no cost to her. Her sister posted on fb that I was late and because of that her niece was hot and sweaty in her photos. It was mid July with temps in the high 90s--she was outside with both kids when I got there vs sitting in an air conditioned vehicle.  She has threatened to sue me, to come to my house for an altercation. She has slandered me all over Facebook while I have sat back and politely taken it! No businesses or hobbyists should have to put up with or deal with rude, hurtful clients such as these.  Had the client provided the correct mailing info the FIRST time, she would've received it in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because:
I honestly am a very professional person and I do not know what [redacted] is saying about altercations and all kinds of different scenarios. I still never received my CD and I do not think that this is a credible registered business in the first place. I reject any and all statements that this "business owner" has stated, and in turn will press as far as I can. Thank you.
