[redacted] contacted Tenvoorde Ford on 8/10/17. he spoke to Tony [redacted], Business Manager, about his intention to buy out his current lease, 2014 Ford Fusion. An aappointment was made for 5pm on 8/14/17.Tony explained that they would facilitate the buyout paperwork. [redacted] electronically signed the...

odometer statement. Tenvoorde electronically paid Ford Motor Credit for the purchase of the Fusion on the customers behalf. [redacted] and [redacted] requested that Tenvoorde ford assist in obtaining financing to pay the purchase of the vehicle. [redacted] and [redacted] provided their credit information to Tony and credit app. was signed. The credit app was submitted to various banks to achieve favorable finance terms. The [redacted] agreed to the terms from [redacted] for 72 months at 3.99% and agreed to purchase a service plan for $1998. When the paperwork was sent to Capital One the bank would not fund the loan due to the overall loan-to-value with the additional service contract. Tenvoorde called [redacted] to inform him that the loan was not funded and offered him a different option thru Citizens Bank, [redacted] needed to speak to his wife. the next day [redacted] called and stated they weren't sure if they wanted the car now. Tony explained Tenvoorde was just a mediator in the purchase of his off-lease vehicle and that the transaction could not be reversed. After a few phone calls [redacted] refused to come to the dealership and either pay Tenvoorde Ford with a check or look at other fiancé options. We explained that Tenvoorde Ford did not sell him this car and Tenvoorde already paid Ford on his behalf and that [redacted] and [redacted] were obligated to reimburse Tenvoorde Ford for the purchase. [redacted] and [redacted] ultimately refused to reimburse Tenvoorde Ford for the lease end buyout, therefor, Tenvoorde assigned the loan to Citizens One. the loan was fuinded on 9/7/17

To whom it may concern:We have  been in contact with the customer several times and advised  him that if we did not do the repair properly and had this fixed elsewhere to bring in the receipt and we would reimburse him for the cost. The customer has never produced a receipt for us to see...

how our repair was fixed elsewhere.if you have any further questions please contact Dave [redacted] or [redacted] Tenvoorde. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: Jeremy [redacted] was not their during my converstation with the sales person Nick. He has no idea what me and the person with me were told. We as consumers put alot of trust into sales people that sell us stuff, this is the last time I will trust a sales person.  I told the sales person that I had talked to my bank and knew what I could do, However, It would have to be confirmed with them on monday before going further. My friend and I were ensured numerous times that if something didn't work, I could get my old car back with no issues. That was not the case. I had over a 4 hour battle with Jeremy and Tenvoorde Ford. This was a horrible experience made of empty promises. I have contacted a lawyer and we will be taking legal action. I will also be presenting a notarized letter from the person that was with me that include the promises and information that was given to us by the sales person. Thank you

(Revdex.com NOTE: Response text below was sent to Revdex.com in an e-mail.)First of all I have been in contact with them since the incident occurred they have not been in contact with me once. Second of all they are refusing to take responsibility for a under 1 year warranty, guaranty installation of the brake pads and routers that they performed. They are also refusing to acknowledge that not only did their certified mechanics were NOT able to recognize the improper installation/bent brake clip they installed on my passenger rear pad, they blamed it on a perfectly working part of my back rear calipers and suggested that them putting new ones in would fix the problem for another $340.00 dollars, not only are they failing to recognize those pocket emptying mistakes THEY made their failing to recognize the multiple trips I had to make, time I had to put forth on their multiple mistakes of installation and of failing to being able to properly recognizing the problem. Now the service place I took it to St. Joeseph Minnesota's Tiree Max, looked at the problem twice for me and since I recently took it their for a wheel and tire installation from an accident they did not charge me but gave me a receipt for the amount of time put towards and the cause of the problem which referred it back to Tenvoorde's Quick Lane installation but this receipt does not acknowledge me bring it to Tiree Max the evening after having a follow up with Quick Lane to get the problem fixed on June 2, 2017 at approx. 5:30p.m. when they drove and jacked my car up after still hearing the problem after taking it to ford's Quick Lane when they told me since they weren't directly seeing any contact with the wheel but where hearing the loud humming sound their professional certified explanation off hand was the wheel bearing itself and because they closed by 6 pm they could not get it in that evening. Which then I had my personal mechanic change out twice that weekend before my follow up appointment with Tire Maxx the following week all in cause of tenvoorde's failed installationof the product the first time and their ability to fail at properly being able to recognize their mistake and cause of the noise of a 1 year warrantied, guaranty installation the second time on top of trying to make another $340.00 for new installations and parts that were working fine, showing their incapable mechanic wise, which is sufficient and adequate evidence to give someone a full refund back of their $330.00 warrantied initial installation, when they tried making another fraudulent $340.00 on top of that by not doing their job properly twice. On May 30th and June 2nd.(Revdex.com NOTE: The text below followed in a second e-mail, accompanying the attached PDF of a TireMaxx repair order.)This is TireMaxx's cause for the vibrations/rubbing sound on my 2009 honda civic Si problem that tenvoorde's certified mechanics said was not in result of the brake pads or router's causing my mechanic to look and replace other wheel parts as the bearing twice since we did not think we needed to double or triple check tenvoordes word but turns out all the extra turmoil was directly in cause of Tenvoorde's brake pad and router installation that they did not install or fix properly, when the part was under 100% warranty breaching the warranty contract! Causing me to request Tenvoorde to take responsibility for their craftmanship and causes in result of their ceritified work, with a full reimbursment for their improper installation. Let me remind Tenvoorde's managment that their shop not only did not breach their contract of 100% warranty for 1 year their shop tried fraudulently charging me another $340.00 to fix my brake calipers that they said could have been the cause of the problem since it no longer made that noise when they test drove it (even though within 1 mile after me picking it up the improperly installed malfunction part started rubbing again) - [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:We signed a loan for [redacted] ONLY. Once we heard they DENIED our loan application, I called Tony S., business manager at Tenvoorde and told him We DID NOT want to buy the car, not that we "weren't sure" I told him we were NOT buying the car. When I told him that he told me I had 3 choices: 1 pay the car off in full, 2 come in and refinance, or 3 He would call the police and report the car stolen. As soon as he said that to me I was not 100% sure we would NOT buy the car...I was 110% sure we would not! After being told we would NOT buy the car, Tony started applying to different banks WITHOUT our permission, using our social security numbers WITHOUT our permission to secure a loan we DID NOT apply for. included is our copy of the capital one auto loan application that DENIED our loan application. ANY other loans were done WITHOUT our consent. we are currently being assisted by the vehicle crimes unit looking into the fraudulent use of our social security numbers without our consent, as well as other fraudulent activities associated with this complaint.
