To whom it may concern:I used this photographer for my wedding in September 2005 and never got my proofs that were promised in the contract that I tried several months after this to contact the individual and he was not availiable. All I wanted was what I deserved and he got paid in full I still have receipts and the contract that we signed about two weeks before my big day. I really would like to pursue this by getting what is mine? I feel like it was taken from me and my family whom wanted pictures that were promised to me by him.Desired SettlementI would like to have my money refunded and if he still has the photos to return any of them to me? I really was looking forward to showing them off to my relatives, but see that never happened. If you are a reliable photographer why not return calls when people are trying to reach you????

We were married on 8/16/2014 and Marvin Sydnor from Photos by Sydnor did not fulfill his agreement to deliver all of our Wedding pictures.Mr. Sydnor was supposed to take up to 300 pictures on our Wedding Day, 8/16/2014, and mount them in a 4x6 Photo album along with all the negatives. He was paid in full over a week before the Wedding. Mr. Sydnor was paid $450 for the package, and a $100 the day of the Wedding. We tried to reach him in October 2014 for our Wedding pictures to no avail. Finally he agreed three times to meet with us in which he canceled. We tried to reach him again countless times via text message, emails,[redacted] and phone calls; he never returned our calls. Finally I contacted a lawyer who sent him two letters and a phone call. Mr. Sydnor met with us and gave us two-thirds of the pictures excluding the most important Ceremony and Formal Wedding shots. We only received shots of our guests. We have no formal table pictures, no ceremony pictures and no Bridal party pictures. The most important pictures were not returned. We are livid and highly upset. We cannot recreate our $30,000 wedding. Mr. Sydnor was referred by a local friend, so we though he was honest, our mistake. Please DO NOT USE HIM!!!Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of my $450 costs, $100 tip, and $10,000 in damages. We cannot recreate our Wedding.
