Good Afternoon, January 9th 2018, We received a letter in regards to an unsatisfactory experience dated back to December 13th in our Moncton Portrait Studio on Plaza Blvd from client, [redacted] Upon being notified of the situation, I have spoken to [redacted] in regards to his experience he had prior to the Holidays Their product was late arriving to studio, they were expecting to receive them in early December to hand out for Christmas gifts, as that’s when they initially should have been in the studio for pick upWe apologize that this incident occurred, I had offered the client a reimbursement for his order, he has communicated with me that they were able to get the prints and product on December 22nd and were very happy with the actual product once able to get themFor the inconvenience of the situation I have offered a full session complimentary to him at a later date which will include the same content they had ordered in NovemberI have given my direct cell number to [redacted] so he can contact me when he is ready to book his next appointment and for any future needs he may haveWe want to apologize again for the incident, and appreciate [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention
