Review: On June [redacted] 2013 I made a purchase from the website www.photosavings.com up to this day (july [redacted] 2013) I haven't received what I bought nor have I heard from the people running this business. I've tried contacting them via their "contact us" section of their website, I've called their 1800 number (you get a machine and then a voicemail but you can't leave a message as it is full and won't accept more) They captured my credit card information but haven't charged anything yet either. I'm afraid of what they could do with that information.Desired Settlement: Cancel the transaction all together.

I have contacted the customer to explain to him that this website is in development stage and it was a mistake from our side that we allowed the system to accept orders. We did not charge anything from the customer and that order was voided, customer was very happy to hear this and told me that he will call Revdex.com to withdraw from his complaint. Can you please verify it with him and let me know if there's anything else that I can provide.
