Beca has done our family photos for the last 6 years. We have done pregnancy photo shoots, newborn photo shoots and holiday shoots. She provides beautiful images and has a way of taking candids that capture the moment and joy. She is kind and funny, and makes photo shoots feel not awkward, she gets my kids to smile in a not forced way, which reflects in the awesome pictures! Can not recommend her enough!
I hired Rebecca to take pictures of my daughter’s Quinceañera. After the event she explained the process she explained to me that she took 1600 pictures of my daughters event. She also explained to me that she was editing some of the pictures but would give me all of the pictures on a flash drive. After she was paid she gave me a link... (with exactly 60 pictures) and a flash drive. I didn’t look at the flash drive right away my daughter’s party was on November 9, 2019 and I believe Rebecca gave me the link in flash drive on December 5th right before Christmas. So I finally Took the flash drive to Walgreens. When I uploaded the photos only 20 pictures came up, and the name of her company and the rights to the pictures. I immediately text Rebecca to let her know. Instead of coming to a resolution with the situation she was getting smart with me, and suddenly forgot the conversation we had after thet event. I asked if the pictures were still available to see she told me that they were accessible and I asked her to see the pictures and I haven’t heard from her in three weeks. I reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response. I just don’t understand how you can tell a paying customer One thing and do the complete opposite. And I really don’t understand why she would hold my pictures hostage. It makes no sense to me how she decides what pictures I want when I paid for her services.

Response to *** with company policy and screenshot of two digital downloads obtained by customer with 150+ images with copy rights. Highlights of the evening were given. No specific quantity ever promised. She actually got more than what normally would be released. A large event such as this requires 50% payment which never occurred or balance day of event never happened either. All except two weeks later. At the delivery time I submitted a USB with all the same images that were also given on the download links because the client stated she wasn't a technical person. The USB was in working order at the time of delivery. The same images which were downloaded twice, also given on a USB stick (which is a total of three image deliveries) no extra fees or charges. I want this headache to go away. I will not release the good, the bad and ugly simply out of the professionalism of my work and the alterations asked to be given permission either. Any photographer will support that with out payment further more photos shall not be released. This is my right as the free Lance photo and my desgresesion. Thank you for your time today and before and going out of the way to handle this matter. Services were received in full. And all agreed times on my end were met, but an ultimate loss of income= business for myself as the client did not keep their end of the bargain with the *booking of the entirety of the day and cancelation day of with no notice.

My last response to the client 3.6.2020Good Afternoon,Excuse the delayed response; I am not avoiding you, nor is your number blocked.I am running a business and have many priorities in play right now. As promised from the original booking, the photos taken on 9 Nov 2019, were prompt with everything from my arrival, my communication and my delivery of the photos were as punctual as possible. I was early, the party started late. The information changed many times throughout the day, and as discussed at booking; the actual timing was canceled with no additional fee included the day of the event by you. This ultimately caused business loss.The request for the photos and portraits to be taken in a particular place outside of the Gambino Center, were not in cooperation for portraits and family photos for the actual subject to be shot. As discussed originally. The subject was not cooperating while photos were taken and failed to want to participate in most of the event, which is out of my control. I did my very best to aim at the highest standard to achieve photos of the subjects, decor, all guests and entertainment.All the frames were captured in a punctual manner. The remaining balance was discussed on 8 Nov 2019 at 9:08AM and was not paid for until almost 2 weeks after the event. All highlights of the event, was discussed with your sister (my previous client) at the time of booking and at the time of the actual session. There was never a specified number of photos discussed and requested. You only mentioned the high hopes of having good shots based on the number of frames shot (by me). There is NEVER a guaranteed amount given for any event including parties, religious events or weddings. This is impossible. I was able to obtained a large number of frames but as explained verbally that the BEST images will be given, also known as highlights. The highlights were delivered digitally and on a USB drive. The USB drive was functioning properly at the time of drop off. This was not paid for or included but was given simply due to lack of knowledge of computer networking. (I try to offer my clients a variety of ways to be able to access their images purchased) Unfortunately, I do not release all frames to clients simply based on the quality and professionalism of my work. This is to prevent a negative that may alter the art expression in my works reputation. Not every picture is picture perfect. ***For example I may take 3000 photos in a 6 hour period. As all clients with private family photo sessions and parties would never receive a copy of every negative from that particular event. I do apologize with all chaos going on in that moment of our conversation but at no time in my career have I ever promised something so far fetched to a client when that could not be given. It is not possible or ethical. To respond to the request for me to send along with the good "the bad and the ugly" I cannot complete this request or the request to allow you to edit, crop, change the colors or reflect any other personal adjust to my work without my permission. If you would like I will send another link with the photos and you can choose 10-15 in addition to the photos you want sent. I will have to be in agreement of the release due to the representation my clients uphold with all work acknowledged. These photos are not for free download and will be edited on my personal discretion. You will have 1 week to choose the additional files. I have work to resume and can not spend more time on this extra request. Thank you for your time and business and please do print the highlights from that evening with all rights further given.
