Most of what Mrs.*** said is untrue, She did contact us with request for Holiday Pictures she wanted a Christmas background there was never mention of fall background , It was December 9th the fall shoots were not even possible, We scheduled a minute session for a shoot at our home, She also
wanted her dog in the pictures which was no problem to us as we STATED to her by phone if the dog did not bite and was well behaved , There was a problem with the studio set up in our barn heat was out and it was very cold so we chose to do it inside the home, The thirty minute session took two and a half hours, Scott and our son did assist in the shoot, Her dog destroyed some of the toys we had in the home and upon her first complaint within hours I did offer her a full refund, she kept returning asking for additional things to be done, I tried very hard to accommodate her and meet her every request,I have no problem refunding her money and have stated this more then once, I have all the written correspondence, OI delivered to her even more photos and the USB drive, She wanted all the editing of the pictures and I did everything I could to make her happy, She did not get her pictures in time because she chose to continue to change things and knew there was a dead line to have the pictures sent to print company she changed things again minutes before deadline Again I will refund her money by money order or check I feel her accusation about my speaking to her children weird or strange is insulting and very unfounded as well as liableIf she would supply me with proper address her money will be refunded with hours
