Review: I never received my photos from my wedding.Desired Settlement: Receive my wedding photos and video

Review: I paid for my wedding photos and video and never received anything from them. I have my receipts totaling $1,080. They told me that they were now adding an extra hours charge onto my price and I did not get extra hours, in fact, they left early. I told them I would not pay extra and they said they would not give me my pictures or video! Now they said I am being charged late fees and storage fees all the time that I refuse to pay them. I just want my wedding photos and video that I paid for!Desired Settlement: I would like to have my photos and video that I paid for. If that is not possible then I would like refund of the money I paid them.

Review: I was married on 10/8/2011. I hired photo video network to take wedding photos. I paid the balance of what was owed for my photos. My husband and I went to pick out the photos for our package and was talked into a photo package upgrade which was ok because this package included the disc with all of my photos. My husband and I began making payments on the additional package upgrade. The company would send me e-mails regarding my balance and I would call them regarding payment status. I had lost my job so I advised tnem that I would be sending what I could as often as I could. I expressed concern about an e-mail they sent stating that I was in danger of loosing my photos because the balance had not been paid yet. They told me not to worry because those e-mails went out periodically and I had already paid over half of what was owed on my package. I spoke with them earlier this year to give them a status update and again was reassured that I would not loose my photos. I called them last week to let them know I would be sending a payment. The number that I have for them has been disconnected as well as any number I could find regarding the company. I don't know what to do at this point and I fear my wedding memories could be gone along with the money I have already paid so far. I've been a wreck and completely heart broken wondering why they wouldn't contact me to let me know they were dissolving their company and what I needed to do to get my photos. I have not received a phone call, e-mail or any correspondence.Desired Settlement: As you can imagine no amount of money can replace that day but if I can't have my photos I would like a refund for what I have already paid.
