Review: I placed two orders with PhotoWraps and have received neither one of them. The orders were placed 12/24/2013 and I still have not received them. About two months ago I raised a ticket with them through their website and have yet to receive a response to it. Since placing the orders I have since moved, but the order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Any assistance on receiving these products would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to receive the products as promised.

Review: On 1/21/213 I placed an order for 5 Canvas wrapped photos. Besides the e-mail below confirming my order on the day I placed it I have not heard from this company. I've attempted to contact them on at least 6 occassions with no response at all. I am just looking for what I purchased. I do not want a refund - I want the order that I placed.Desired Settlement: I would like the 5 canvas photos that I ordered in January and a response from the company.

Review: Ordered a special that was listed on [redacted]. Could never get support to help upload picture to the website. Emailed and called any and every number or email address you can find on the internet. Have tried many times to contact them through their web based customer support with none of the options getting anything. No answering service, no people, this company does not exist. The list of complaints that I have for these people is endless.Desired Settlement: $99 + tax

Review: I placed an order for 4 personalized ceramic Chritmas ornaments with Photo Wraps using a Groupon on 12/6/12. I followed up multiple times looking for a status of my order. The last time I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone at the business was 1/7/13 and they assured me it was on its way. Since then I filled out their online form for order status inquires multiple times with no feed back.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of the amount of the Groupon that was purchased of $40, since that's how much the order was worth.

Review: On 11/25/12 I ordered 4 canvas wraps (voucher from [redacted]). I have not received the products.

Review: I purchased a voucher for 5 canvases. I also paid the company an extra $30.00 for rush delivery so I could have the canvases before Christmas. I received only 4 of them. I have talked to a few people over the phone and via email and have been told they put the final canvas on their "fast track" but that it was behind. Since then they went to a system where they do not take phone calls and the email addresses I had for individuals in the past do not work. I have used thier forms to request an order status, reprint status, and all other forms of communication I can find but have not received a response from anyone since January 28, 2013 when I received an email saying "Dear [redacted],I am so sorry for the delay. I have reviewed your order and see that management has already taken this order over and has placed it on a fast track. Unfortunately our fast track is a little backed up. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it ships.Sincerely,Customer SupportPhotoWraps.com"This was the last communication I have received from the company and have still not received the final canvas.Desired Settlement: I would like the final Canvas I ordered! If they need the picture again, I will be glad to send it to them again!

Review: In November [redacted] offered an online deal for a 16x20 photo wrapped canvas for Photowraps. I purchased this deal on 11/26 as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. I went to their website and followed the purchasing instructions on 12/5 and received the confirmation email. However, since then I have not heard anything from the company nor received my purchase. I have emailed them, both in response to the confirmation purchase email and through their website, tried calling their toll-free number (which is never answered) and contacted them through [redacted]. In January someone from [redacted] put me in touch with an employee that said my canvas would ship in the next 30 days and I would receive an email. I have tried contacting her again but her email is disabled as I have not received any confirmation email or the product and it's now 5 months after I purchased the product. No one at the company returns calls, emails, or web requests. While they say they are a legitimate business I feel they are scamming people out of their money since they are not producing a product.Desired Settlement: I would like my $29 refunded since I haven't received my order or any correspondence from the company.

Review: I claimed a product voucher for Photowraps through [redacted] on November 14, 2012. I ordered my canvas wraps on January 16, 2013, well before the expiration date of the voucher. The wraps have not yet been delivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company using the email form provided on their website and only received one reply in March stating they were "behind" due to an influx of orders during the holiday season.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $89.00. This is the amount charged to my credit card for the voucher I purchased from Moolala.
