I'm not sure when this complaint was filed, but we have reached out to [redacted] and have ended the contract with her. We were unaware that this complaint was even filed, as we handled the matter with her.

Phountain has disreputable business practices. They sold me a Phountain system for my house with an inexperienced sales person with no knowledge of what the potential pitfalls could be with installation. I therefore went to return the system at the store, and was denied a refund. Beyond that, I pitched a fit and was told they would give me the household system that is new and runs in all areas of the house. I told them I would not spend another dime, and then I find out that I need to hire a plumber for around $500 to install and then they prevaricate the truth saying they told me this, when they did not. I then got a plumber to come by and it requires even more work to install this large missle shaped water system, and my condo HOA refused for me to go through with it. I call them back and they tell me to sue them. They are dishonest people at corporate and are pennywise and dollar foolish. I highly discourage anyone considering purchasing their system for their home or personal business to beware. They want your money and don't want to return it. That is a very poor sign of a strong enterprise that is growing that they have nothing in writing saying that there are no refunds yet, they will not give you your money back. I now am hiring a lawyer and am taking this as far as I need to how them they cannot hurt people and steal their money. I have a useless system that came with no fair warning about limitations to installations and they do not have marked anywhere a no refund policy. Shame on you Phountain. Companies like you go out of business due to scrupulous practices such as this. I won't buy another product from you nor will I refer a friend. You are a shameful company.

Review: In February 2014 I signed a contract with Phountain for 1 year of services. Stupidly, I did not read the entire contract, nor was it explained nor was I given a copy. It states I may cancel at any time, with a $150 fee and 1/2 the remaining amount to be paid. In March I asked at the store to end my contract and was told someone would get back to me. No one did In April, I called again and was told to email my intent to cancel, which I did. No one got back to me.A few weeks later, I called and spoke with [redacted] who told me she or her [redacted] would get back to me. They never did. Several more phone calls were made over the last 4 months with no resolution and most phone calls not returned. Last week I asked to speak to the [redacted]. I was told they could not give me his number, but they would leave him a message to call me. He never did.Phountain has been charging my credit card. I tried to put a stop on the charges, but they were denied after the contract was shown. As I asked to stop membership in March after two payments were made, by contract I should be responsible for 1/2 the remaining months (5) and a $150 fee. I am distressed that no one has returned my calls or answered my questions for the past 6 months. They keep charging my card. I would like a resolution to this and would like to complain of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never filed a complaint before, but I feel they are worthy of investigation.Desired Settlement: I would like an acknowledgement of my contracts termination and further billing to stop. An apology would be nice too.
