Review: I hired PHP Energy Solutions to do an energy audit with infrared imaging. This was in conjunction with a rebate provided by my electric company. The audit and imaging was done on 11/22/2011. The audit went well, although we had some difficulties getting the report from PHP and the rebate from the electric company. This was remedied with several emails and phone calls. However, I was promised a $100 refund on 4/30/12 due to the time delays. After numerous emails/phone calls, I still have not received the refund.Desired Settlement: $100 refund sent to my address.
